I've been using Nix systems for years. I have Mac and Linux in the same house always. What kills one won't kill both (I don't think either is all that in trouble (grin)).

I agree with you. Too many Windows users believe that Microsoft is working as hard as they can to provide a safe computing environment. Isn't Microsoft the same company that bragged about helping the NSA spy on users (like twice in one year [I'm not curious, I'm being rhetorical])?

Anybody that relies on Windows for anything serious is operating like Cinderella hoping for prince charming to arrive and take her away, without looking out the window of the house the 7-dwarves live in. Fantasy is a real tragedy, when real people are harmed.

Destroying a power system by malware that works under Windows isn't funny.

Windows people should also take a look at Ubuntu. Largest Linux driver library in the world, and is in constant development. Also free, and they have 32-64 bit versions. Real people know about this and continue using Windows as if it were a necessity, to do computing.
