SECRETS OF THE “GODS”

Chapter 1

1. Your belief and faith is the very absence of truth confirmed by experience, so it is wisdom to not suppose that you know that which you know not. Consider that your strong-held beliefs and faith may be nothing more than your whimsical imaginings giving comfort to your ignorance.

2. Language does not expand truth; it limits truth. Your language reveals little and veils much. Yet it is through language that we are supposedly known, thus your error in knowing.

3. You judge while in the flesh, and you think your limited senses and vision reveal the workings of the universe, yet all that you comprehend is but the organization of things made manifest through your flesh, thus your judgements are of the flesh and reveal little.

4. Your lives are short. One day you are here and the next gone. You know not where you came from and where you go, and through your ignorance you create philosophies to understand, but you are left wanting. You ponder that which is not revealed while in the flesh. It is not revealed for a wise purpose.

5. Your “physical” body is a veil that allows you to experience a limited reality. It is for the purpose of experiencing this reality that you entered a body. It is a body of forgetfulness, which makes your experiences in this reality poignant, and if it were not so, your experiences would have no value.

6. Man reasons with his knowledge and understanding. The more knowledge and understanding a man has, the greater his reasoning, and the closer he comes to truth.

7. Experiences increase knowledge and understanding thereby expanding consciousness and the power of reasoning. It is through the power of expanded reasoning that greater and greater experiences become new realities.

8. All things are understandable through reasoning, even as one man reasons with another. Nothing remains hidden to the mind that searches the eternities and all things are revealed to he who searches the depths thereof. It is written, ““Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD . . . . ,”

9. Most men prefer belief and faith to reason, thus the mysteries remain so for most of mankind.
