The Church of England was accused of concealing the assertion that the chaplain of the Australian school he attended and Prince Charles - a pedophile.

The Australian Royal Commission in September launched a case of child abuse when the Rev. Norman Smith accused of raping students in language high school "Geelong" in the late sixties.

Now 68-year-old former high school student, Alan Baker, stepped forward to say that the church rejected his earlier claims that he was abused by Smith in the early sixties in Sussex.

Baker also wrote and Prince Charles with the question of whether he could reveal any information that would help his case.

During the hearing in Australia, a former high school student made a few details about the behavior of Smith in 1967, saying that the chaplain chased him and the other boys because he wanted "to sit in his lap to caress us." He added that he had raped.

In 1962, Smith called Mr. Baker, then a teenager, in his parish in Sussex.

- He told me that we had arranged a meeting with local girl, but has, in effect only concealed his intentions. He told me I had to take a bath, and that he would go to the bathroom, which I was shocked - said Baker, adding that he then abused.

In 2004 he confided in his parish and then reunited with Smith.

- When I told him that I was abused, he replied that he did not remember, so I made him swear by the bible, which he did. I do not remember if I did it, but if I did, izvanjavam being said to me then - adds Baker.

He is a 2013 sought compensation for the damage from the parish. Lawyers have denied responsibility for the formation of the parish, saying that "no reason to believe that it was so that he told Baker."

- I want to know what links existed between the gymnasium, the Church of England and the Anglo-Saxon community. Is it a coincidence that I was abused by Smith, and then moved to Australia where he also abused child, that his coming back to Britain where he holds the position of vicar? The Church of England shamefully treated me and dismissed my complaint, although they had to be addressed in the Australian state - Baker said.

Smith died in 2012, in the obituary that read "Norman he certainly knew (Charles), who blessed him."

Glin Maddox, a lawyer for Mr. Baker said that his client's case "raises questions about the conduct of the Church of England and their ability to be open and transparent with the victims of abuse.

The Church of England said that "painfully aware" of their failure in the past, adding that in recent years "persistent and determined in dealing with allegations of abuse."

There are no indications that Prince Charles was also abused.
