The shooter was convicted of a mugging in Vancouver a few years back and for this crime which usually carries a minimum of 1 year jail time, he received 1 day. This is a huge red flag for major interference behind the scenes. Also, he was known to be very mentally unstable, flying off the handle at the tiniest thing.

I think this false flag was intended to send a message to Canadian politicians who weren't too keen on sending more soldiers to fight a bogus "Isis" in the Middle East. The message was do it, or things could get very ugly on Parliament Hill.

Oh and that unlicensed car the shooter was supposedly driving himself from location to location? A favorite model of the RCMP dirty ops squad.
