Boredom kills. Bored people kill themselves. Boredom is a gateway drug leading directly to the Pearly Gates.

I shall not complicate the simple. Mankind seeks interesting things to do. He seeks to do that which piques his curiosity, stimulates his adventurous nature and challenges his mind and body. The ways this is accomplished are as many and as varied as mankind, and are unique to each individual intelligence, personality, capacity and setting. In the process of seeking “interesting things to do” man makes the world what it is, day in, day out, throughout history.

Embodied intelligence is motivated by need, want and desire (unembodied intelligence is motivated by the IDEA of joy, peace, happiness and pleasure). Embodied intelligence does nothing until its WILL is motivated consciously, subconsciously, instinctively or by its program or learned reaction (we don’t do nothin’ for no reason).

Instead of using the terms free-will, free-choice or free-agency to describe WHY an intelligence decides to do, or not do, something, it is more accurate to say that an intelligence always chooses to do, or not do, that which he thinks will bring it joy, peace, happiness or pleasure. To say an intelligence’s will is free of motive; its choices are free of intent, or its agency is free of purpose, is to say what is impossible to be. Every choice an intelligence makes is in the pursuit of personal joy, peace, happiness or pleasure. The use of the terms, free-will, free-choice and free-agency are inaccurate and lead to misjudging the intents and motives of intelligences.

The motives of the God some men think exist; the motives of advanced beings that some men think exist and the motives of man that some people think actually exist, whether world leaders or citizens, are alike. They all seek personal joy, peace, happiness and pleasure, or in other words, they seek interesting things to do BECAUSE that is the nature of Intelligences, and intelligences absolutely HATE boredom, and now you know why the world is so interesting (and for God’s sake, surely there is SOMETHING that interests you. GET A HOBBY; join a charitable organization...do something...or you’ll be bored to death).

THIS matrix is shockingly full of INTERESTING things to do, AND it’s important that you think some things are important even though they are only important because you think so.
