Mr. Watchman, sir, I get the feeling you didn't actually listen to much of the interview. It was in the first half hour or so that Gordon Duff mentioned that Snowden was not an NSA employee because he was contracted to the NSA from Booz Allen. That was always part of the Snowden saga narrative from day 1. I don't know why Mr. Lion made a point of mentioning that in the post, because it's basically old news.

One interesting thing in that interview was that Duff says we abandoned the base at Diego Garcia some time ago for a huge new base in Qatar. Try finding that information anywhere else. If true, that would explain something odd I noticed at the time of the Flight MH370 disappearance, that regularly scheduled leaves to the mainland from Diego Garcia were cancelled until further notice. Possibly that was because there was nobody there! It leaves open the question of whether the base was used to process and dispose of flight MH370, and in fact it would have been more convenient if the base was otherwise abandoned.

As to whether Duff is a source of disinfo, I think sometimes he is and sometimes he isn't. In fact he has on occasion implied that he has to mix some mulligans in with the facts to keep from getting offed. As with many sources on the internet, one has to separate the wheat from the chaff of what is said. I think Duff seems much more reliable than Jim Stone, for example, though that's not saying much.
