When the gang of nine treasonous murderers declared that each state could legislate it's own abortion laws it simultaneously declared that every person in the American republic is literally, legally dead.

There is now no fixed point in time, under law, when the individual and the natural rights and protections afforded by the constitution, become a coherent whole, a protected citizen in the perpetual union of the American republic.

The only non-arbitrary, factual and uniform beginning common to all citizens is the instant of conception. Faith, feelings, religion or lack thereof, gods and devils, philosophy, science, medicine and all similar things represent a body of chaos and have absolutely no place in determining the beginning of an American citizen under law. That should be plainly evident.

A perpetual union must have an uninterrupted progression of citizens. A citizen must therefore be defined in law in terms of a beginning and an end. If there is no defined beginning then there is no citizen and no union or republic only a physical body subject to whim of the state in which it is present. The results are as follows.

_Any state legislature may arbitrarily determine when abortion is legal. Determinations for legal abortion may range from the instant of conception to post birth by days or weeks or even years out to the instant of natural or legally induced biological death. The gang of nine treasonous murderers has insured that no constitutional protections or natural rights can apply to legally abortable bodies. So, unless you can show proof that you have a beginning under constitutional law you are in fact abortable. In reality you have no proof, only a wish and a hope.

_A child to be aborted can now be legally purchased by state or enfranchised corporation and the mother paid to complete gestation whereby the state or corporation then takes ownership and possession of the legally dead child and raises or uses the legally dead child for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. This child is legally dead. It has absolutely no rights.

_The legally dead child can be used, sold, raised, rented for sex, abused, sacrificed, eaten and more at any age before or after birth. The child is legally dead.

_The legally dead child can be used for organ harvest. It may be terminated for mass harvest of organs or it may be kept on life support for incremental harvesting over days or years.

_The legally dead child can be raised for a life of legal slavery of any sort, to be terminated when it ceases to be cost effective. (Remember, you cannot show proof that you have a beginning under constitutional law.)

The above are just high points.

But imagine the greater reality.

The democratic organism is fully aware of these points. It lusts for fulfillment. It lusts for your children and grand children because they have been declared legally dead, like you, and are therefore fair game.

Imagine a new and vibrant market for the legally dead. Imagine how many women will be able to sell their legally dead children instead of just wastefully aborting them.

Imagine the wide range of scientific experiments that can be legally performed on the legally dead for the benefit of someone(?).

Imagine that almost all of government at every level, especially elected and appointed, sees this and is waiting impatiently for it to become mainstream. Those who you don't suspect should be suspected.

Imagine that almost all of law enforcement at every level sees this. Don't you suppose that this expectation would explain the authoritarian behavior of these public servants in large part?

It just goes on and on. Imagine how many of the people who you thought were moral and steadfast will line up for the benefits and pleasures provided by the legally dead. Imagine what they would be willing to do to you if you stand in their way.

This is what the gang of nine treasonous murderers has unleashed with one simple decision. They were fully aware that abortion is not a states decision.

It gets better.

The gang of nine treasonous murderers has made it easy to reverse itself against the opinion of half of the public.

The second amendment is now correctable after all of these years of fucking it up. It says absolutely nothing about the individual right to keep and bear arms privately. Nothing at all. It speaks of militia and nothing else. To read more into it is just stupid. In fact it is just as stupid as reading a prohibition of "hate speech" or "misinformation" into the first amendment or reading that some religious beliefs are denied protection under the first or that only some assemblies or petitions are permissible under the first.

The gang of nine treasonous murderers accepts only those questions that it is allowed to accept. It issues only those opinions that it is allowed to issue. Those opinions are worded exactly as they are allowed to be worded. The gang of nine is made up of very clever liars and they know who their boss is and it ain't you. Every question of the second amendment that the gang has taken up was allowed to be taken up so that a long term goal could be achieved. They will revert to the actual wording of the second and all decisions regarding private ownership of and right to bear firearms will be dismissed as non-pertinent to the second. That should not be a problem for gun owners except that there has never been a proper question of private ownership of and right to bear firearms ALLOWED to the gang of nine. Non-pertinent was set up from the beginning.

The question of private ownership of and right to bear firearms is properly addressed by the ninth amendment. "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." The private ownership of and right to bear firearms is as old as the first Europeans to America. It didn't need saying anymore than the right to own and ride a horse, the right to farm or manufacture, the right to own an ax and split wood, the right to breathe. The private ownership of and right to bear firearms was so completely understood and grandfathered that the author of the bill of rights would have thought it impossible that it needed to be written as a discreet right. That author would have been ashamed to imagine that the nation had become so dimmed that it could not see the obvious. This glaring and indisputable ninth amendment right has never been allowed to be considered by the gang of nine treasonous murderers. And they are fully aware of that. When they rule non-pertinent to the second there will be nothing to stand on.

We are all legally dead. The "intellectuals" who say differently need to explain how a state legislature can can legalize abortion up to and even after birth They need to show precisely and in plain text where the actual constitution defines the beginning of a citizen of the American republic.

The gang of nine treasonous murderers has effectively removed all natural rights and constitutional protections. Criminals cannot be prosecuted because they are already legally dead. You can't prosecute the dead. Look at government at any level. Except for a few crusts of bread to appease the masses no one gets seriously prosecuted for criminal wrong doing.

The spiritually dead cannot rule a spiritually alive world. They have to kill everyone and everything legally first and then they rule the dead.

You have to admit, they are clever. Or maybe we're less smart than we think we are.

There is also no time prior that legal murder can be used to thwart an uninterrupted progression of citizens. Abortion is not a states right and except for very rare instances it is a prohibited decision in regard to the states.

Beware anyone who tries to make these things complicated. These things are not complicated. They are simple so that they can serve Life and not make Life a slave to subversive complexity.
