Although I have seen many attempt to deal with "the name" there are other layers of agreement that are "hidden".

At risk of trespassing on their rules and Statutes, I would avoid giving details but say there are many ways to enter into the jurisdiction of a court.

One example is how a judge can put anyone in contempt, even if they are not on trial; they are observing the proceedings.

Answering without I dicating the reservation of rights can lead to presumption that there is a conlict that needs to be resolved.

Bond is a contract.
In my opinion, they hold the real man as surety for the strawman.
The real man bonds out the strawman. and promises to appear in court, any day and any time they are called to appear.

This agreement, in my opinion, is real man with the bond company who has the agreement with the court.

The people are tied to the court through the bond(age) company when they accept bond. It's a hidden contract that people agree to, but have no knowledge of the conseguences, of their action.

When they fail to appear the court goes to the bond(age) company first.
It is the bond company who has to locate the people and get them to satisfy their agreement they made to get the bond, and that agreement they made is to go to court whenever they are to to. E there.

Failing to perform the obligations of that contract with the bond company, the bond is revoked and the new contract is with the people and the court.

In my opinion; the court will keep the real man to make certain the Strawman surety is available throughout the legal process.

The document is nice, and a judge is supposed to know the law.
A district judge is appointed by Congress.
The Constitution is what they swore an oath to.
So, in law, they will claim to have the authority of the Constitution to hear the controversy.

In my opinion, you may want to identify the venue, since he's a state national.
Is the venue United States, United States of America, state of Michigan (Federal Court can hear state law), etc.

Also in my opinion; He can choose the law he is to be subjected to, by indicating his "choice of law", I think it has been seen as chose of law in so.e writings.

I was hoping to see that he didn't do the thing he was alleged to have done.

That's not a plea of not guilty.
I'm of the opinion, the court entered a plea of not guilty and there was no objection on the record to refuse that move for personal jurisdiction.

I also was hoping to know who the victim is.
Who is the I Jared party and what injury "concrete and specific" did they suffer.
