Unless they are not showing something about this incident here it appears that the cop had no real probable cause to arrest this man when cop pulled up. You are arrested the moment you are detained and stopped - as soon as the lights go on.
The so-called 'friendly cop' used the sales pitch kind of friendly routine methods to violate this unsuspecting man who was simply walking along the road there. It does not appear that the man was fleeing from some break-in or home invasion or something. According to the cop's radio conversation it appears that the cop did not have anything on this guy at all and ran the guy's I.D. hoping to see some crime records. The guy may have been in a halfway house or something according to brief comments, etc., but that may not be a Common Law serious crime.
When the suspect becomes aware that he has literally been forced to cooperate with his own arrest it's too much for him and you'll see what happens, but it appears the man simply did not want to kill the cop, at least not at first. The cop, of course, appears to have the opinion that no one who is a poor pedestrian should have a gun, anyway, and is incensed and does wish to kill the suspect.
Here is an unnecessary shooting incident invented, literally created by a murderous cop who demands that 'mark-of-the-beast' state I.D. and/or driver license information JUST BECAUSE THE MAN WAS WALKING DOWN THE DAMN ROAD!
U.S. COPS - THEY WON'T LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE AND ARE A MENACE TO SOCIETY.
If this man's life was taken it was by literally being shoved into a position and then into the grave. So the best The Supreme Court can tell you is don't talk to the police, but, as you see here it gets you shot up, anyway, to take up for yourself. Now all you pigs sit back and smirk at this as I know you will.
This is not a suggestion to pull guns on officers, but is an example of what's caused by unnecessary stops and arrests. The cop just wanted to create some crime business and nearly got killed for it.
The corrupt Police Executive Chancery courts of the U.S. are evil beyond compare and have so many unjust statutes they can just about figure a crime for anyone.
