(I find reference on Internet that indicates the video in question first appeared in 2014 or 2015. Multiple sites agree that the voice is NOT that of the actual President of Ghana. Likewise with the 'thumbnail' briefly shown at the start of the video - the fellow in the brightly-colored shirt is not the president.)

I have investigated this post ALLEGEDLY from "the President of Ghana". After listening to it twice - and must come to tne conclusion based on all of the evidence that this is BS and a totally false post.
