I agree, the 7000 to 9000 lives only refects the average I have found. The least was a highly evolved and spiritual woman who appears to have had just three lives including the current one. But she had evolved somewhere else, and clearly, to a high degree.

Conversely, the most I found was over 23,000, a woman who is close to completing her 'Wheel of Incarnation' - FOR THE THIRD TIME! Perhaps God knows why, but I really don't. Masochism, perhaps?
