from 2011 and to re-read it was a definite understanding that the people involved

distribution to happen and it's May of 2015 now.

It doesn't matter who were talking about, the White Hats, Neil Keenan, Cobra, Davis
Crayford, David Cottrell, Karen Hudes, Poof/Zap, the Dinar revaluation sight gurus,
etc, etc.

Even the galactics themselves had seriously underestimated how long this whole
change over would take. The proof is in all the channelled messages we've been
reading for years that really haven't changed their tune and keep telling us "soon"
things will happen. I like Sheldon Nidle, he's a really concerned being but his
message is the same one I've been reading for the last couple of years.

Plan B was talked about circumventing the US controlled RV was back in Oct. of 2014
and we still don't see it's implementation by the BRICS nations which looks like it
won't be happening until later in this year.

Yes Iraq has revalued (in country) and yes Iraq has issued billion dollar bonds, and
yes Iraq could not do that if they didn't have a new credit rating which I believe
is at "A" level.

But until we address who it is that controls the transaction codes that are to be
given to the banks to implement and allows an individual to exchange their Dinar
currency, we will continue to see a stalling of the international RV by US
government.

Yes, it's going to look silly seeing Iraq selling billion dollar bonds without an
international rate that is freely traded by individuals with currency to exchange
but I suspect that's what is about to happen given the past behaviours of those who
hold the controls of this international RV.

When is this "New Republic" supposed to happen in the US? Who knows.

It will likely get down to how many there still are out there who will fight tooth
and nail to keep the status quo going. Zap and others within the Historical Bond and
Dinar sights keep telling us bankers are getting arrested, but the question on
everybody's mind is, just how many more are out there, need arresting?
