While I have no doubt that completed ballots are being tossed in the trash every year, uncounted. I dispute the incident that Jim Stone keeps referring to of a trash bin in Petaluma, CA which is in Sonoma County, CA.

I live in CA. I've checked, my County won't be mailing Ballots to Voters until Oct 5, 2020.

I also checked Sonoma County, where Petaluma is located (the trash bin photos of ballot envelopes discarded?). Petaluma hasn't mailed out their ballots yet either, and won't until Oct 5.

I checked Marin County (next to Sonoma County) and same drill, no ballots will be mailed to voters until Oct 5.

I've shared this info with the links with Jim Stone, but he still doesn't seem to believe it.
