Now, can you imagine how intelligent humans who see and understand this discrepancy would want to OUTLAW people who want to take a literal interpretation on this and then use it to create a nation's FOREIGN POLICY?
Christianity is not under attack because people hate our GOD.
Christianity is under attack because Western Christianity is so prideful and arrogant that they REFUSE to admit that they have been wrong and doing so would end their fear based tools used to reap millions in donations. They are more interested in being a "Business" than helping humans grow spiritually and embrace our spiritual powers like telepathy, telekinesis, teleportation, bilocation, clairvoyance, etc.
