There seems to be a misunderstanding.

If I might.

Yes, the Constitution, upon ratification, become a contract -between- the Peoples of the united and several States. It did establish uniform criminal and equity law. It did establish property rights and organic character rights as well as defense of these rights. It also established D.C. as proxy in regard to certain specific relationships between the States and as proxy in regard to relationships between the States and the out side world. And it did other stuff.

Yes, government employees are public servants representing the will of their Masters the People.

I think that we can agree on these things.

The nit is the word "with".

A contract -between- the Peoples of the States and a contract -with- the People are distinctly separate items. A contract -with- the People must include a party that is not the People. No such party ever existed. It's a small thing until it gets into a court at law or equity where it becomes insurmountable. One nit leads to another. That's why I pick um. Hope you understand.

You mentioned that when the people wake up and understand things will change in a hurry. On or about 1875 the Republic was subrogated by Mari-time Corporation. All courts at law or equity were replaced with corporate administrative proceedings. There is no redress of grievance through Constitutional courts. They don't exist. That is reality.

Armed resistance against the Corporation that has drones and tanks, that controls the food, water, fuel, roads, utilities, communication, etc., and that can employ domestic and foreign military at will is ...not smart. Salvage of the Republic is going to have to go a different way.
