The Contract constitutions are in the states between the good People creating the states by Constitution. Real parties in interest meeting all the elements of contract. The real parties are also the OWNERS! Because what you create you own.

The national constitution is between the agents, trustees,States, for the People. Article 6.

Reading the foundational documents as contracts identifying the parties and contract elements starting July 4, 1776 takes about an hour.

Principles first, facts second, law third, procedure fourth applied in that order will clarify any situation.

All law is contract, private between the parties and deals with property and property rights. Identifying these elements in order exposes who the owner is!

So, governments are the result of the good Peoples contracts.
Cause first results or effects second.
The People are the cause!!!

Governments and all their agents and constructions are SERVANTS TO THE PEOPLE.

When the people wake up and understand things will change in a hurry.
