The word 'jew' has become a metaphor for people of God. Only few realize the lie. The majority of Christians do not realize how the father of lies has captured their belief system, stolen their substance, and robbed them of the Blessings of The Lord, Jesus Christ.

This even though the Bible, which most of them believe and use as their road map plainly tells them the truth.

Somehow, their 'pastors' have convinced them that they cannot possibly understand plainly written words without the guidance of 'religion'. Here is but one place the LORD tells the 'jews' (and us) the truth.

John 8:31-34
31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
33 They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?

Do you see it?? The jews plainly say they were 'never in bondage'

History and anyone who can read knows that ISRAEL was in servitude in Egypt for many years. Thus the jews plainly admit they are not of Israel.

They do however claim to be of Abraham. And they truly were

as Abraham had eight sons, which grew into todays multitudes.

Thus, as Paul writes,
Rom 9:5-8
5 Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen.
6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:
7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed. (KJV)

Today, people use jews as the 'religious' standard. Which is why Christianity is not a religion, but a Reality. A personal freedom, void of all of man's denominational fairy tales, rituals gaudy architecture, traditions, statues, icons, verbal diarrhea, vocal repetitions and fancy robes.

The word Israel simply means "those who have struggled with themselves and have prevailed with the Lord God."

34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. (KJV)

As sin is one's willful separation from righteousness, it is a personal choice.... A GOD GIVEN FREEDOM. As Jesus told the jews "One makes HIMSELF free in the Lord".

John 8:31-34

32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

It is not via 'religion'... Israel knows the difference. Some of Israel reject ALL belief systems. While that is a bit like cutting off your arm to eliminate a broken finger, it never the less is their choice. Atheists rob them selves of blessings.

Jesus told us of the coming fate of the jews...

Rev 2:9
9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

Rev 3:9
9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. (KJV)

The war is here after a long wait. Religion will carry them all to the depths.

And as to who exactly are the Israelites... Those who are free in the Lord. They live in Freedom.

Gal 3:22-29
22 But the Scripture declares that the whole world is a prisoner of sin, so that what was promised, being given through faith in Jesus Christ, might be given to those who believe.
23 Before this faith came, we were held prisoners by the law, locked up until faith should be revealed.
24 So the law was put in charge to lead us to Christ that we might be justified by faith.
25 Now that faith has come, we are no longer under the supervision of the law.
26 You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus,
27 for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
29 If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
