Yes OneGlobalestate.com is the next generation of the Divine Province. The site may look and sound familiar because I have been following this same trail for nearly 20 years. In 2013 the Divine Province created the Detroit Bankruptcy Fraud Action Team who were in the Michigan Bankruptcy Court challenging the Bankruptcy of the City of Detroit. We presented a Plan to Emerge from bankruptcy that included discharge of the debt against the net earnings (private funds).

On returning home from Detroit I was met by the Federal Domestic Anti Terrorist Taskforce lead by the infamous Kenneth Smith, a mountain of a man and leading expert on the ‘sovereign citizen movement,’ who raided the offices and seized a great deal of property. Seems I was missing an important step. But what?
The site was immediately taken down (as planned for such an event) and secured in multiple locations where it remained safe and secure until my return. That data remains safe and uncompromised to this day.

The Divine Province site was old and although we had all the data it was fatally out of date and had to be rebuilt from scratch. We had choices to make.

I had been unceremoniously dumped into the worst halfway house in the country in DC, the Belly of the Beast, with zero resources. I became involved with a Mayor’s group that convinced me to at least open my eyes to the possibility of an inside the box solution to what ails America. I was reminded that I was in DC where inside the box gets done and was challenged to find that inside the box remedy.

I remained on the trail of TWEA steadfast in the belief that TWEA and the 1933 New Deal Public Trust was the core of America’s problems, but, determined to give due focus and energy to this new challenge and new perspective. I availed myself of the Library of Congress, the National Archives and the many new contacts made available through networking meetups and the like.

I challenged the head Librarian of the Library of Congress, (with whom I have had several debates) to prove me wrong in my beliefs. He scooped up my challenge and ran with it digging out old volumes and reports that went straight to the core. Trust me, he knows that library! Unfortunately for him, he ended up providing me the evidence to further support my beliefs. I was like a Cocker Spaniel on the scent of a something juicy so I further challenged Larry and he did not disappoint.

In reading TWEA for the 1000th time something ‘new’ jumped off the page and caught my attention. Ah, a loose thread that begged to be pulled! Further challenging Larry, he dug out the CFRs, congressional reports and notes around TWEA and the federal courts and as we bore deeper into the history of TWEA its secrets were exposed to the light of day ……. TWEA was not just the problem, but, it was also the solution!

After nearly a year of deep research, with Larry’s invaluable assistance, the details came to light. An inside the box remedy did indeed exist! But, this created a dilemma. The Divine Province documents were created to remove us from the system rather (an outside the box solution) and although they provide the evidence of our due diligence in finding a remedy to return America to solvency and return the sovereign authority to the people. I was torn! Although the DP documents did establish, or attempt to establish, our true status as beneficiaries in original jurisdiction, I chose to update and redesign them to better provide us the remedy we seek.

TWEA is very specific to fulfill the conditions precedent required for gaining Standing to access the net earnings (private set off funds) that I chose to archive the DP Registry and begin from scratch. Not a change in direction but a change in perspective.

For decade the people have focused on and enforced their ‘civil rights’ and/or ‘human rights,’ all manmade rights that are negotiable and malleable. Today, we are moving to the enforcement of our beneficial rights. Those beneficial rights granted us by our Creator when He granted man dominion over all things …. To hold in trust …. As strangers and tenants on the land.

We have established, in fact, that the global geo-political structure is based on the story told in the Bible. Or, more accurately, based on the feudal lord/tenant relationship established in the Bible that includes Jesus presenting Peter with the Keys to the Kingdom, (establishing Peter as the primary trustee over the Lord’s kingdom) This means that the entire globe is one trust with millions of trusts with that singular or master trust.

The beneficiary in original jurisdiction is the beneficiary in everyone of those millions of interlocking trusts! Therefore, we stand on our status as beneficiaries in original jurisdiction, a position and status the Custodian and the courts now recognize.

Why and how do the statutory courts recognize or hear the beneficiary? You ask!?

Because TWEA is the trust indenture that establishes the venue and jurisdiction to gain an equitable remedy. TWEA established and designated the District courts with an inherent fiduciary duty to protect the trust and the beneficiaries!

Today, due to TWEA we now have the trust indenture, the law of the trust that identifies the Parties, their rights, duties, liabilities and the remedy and the venue and jurisdiction in which to enforce our beneficial rights. We now have a court that is specifically designated in statute that has a fiduciary and statutory duty to provide us our remedy.

But, it is even simpler. TWEA is the trust indenture or the law of the trust. That means that NOTHING outside of TWEA pertains! NOTHING except the principle and maxims of equity. We have found that the courts understand that when one comes into the court under TWEA they MAY be a beneficiary, but IF one comes into the courts under any other statute they are enemy aliens and are treated as such.
