Meanwhile asylum seekers and border jumpers need only flash a Notice to Appear at TSA to board any flight. The UN hands bank debit cards to columns marching north. Banks need two forms of ID from us, not Hondurans or Congolese. They're special! The US State Department flies illegal aliens from third-world locales to American airports in the dead of night on disguised flights. There it makes them legal at 2-3 AM hoping for light foot traffic and low observability. Privacy is so very important to our government officials. On the spot, State confers these travelers citizenship, complete with US passport, SSN, and instant welfare, many under "Full Name Unknown" aka FUNU designation (Immigration Watch). It's almost as good as "Anonymous." You know how the government loves people who refuse to give a name. Next comes a full-service, expenses-paid, van or bus ride to towns all around America for resettlement. It's better than winning a game show. Unfortunately there is the melatonin [sic] and religion requirement. Asylum-seeking Syrian Christians and South African Boers can just forget it. Only browns, blacks, and Muslims qualify for this unique affirmative action opportunity and jet-set path to citizenship. As long as you can mark "X" after "FUNU," you're good.

Yes lawful American states can and should issue passports. Let's call ourselves "dreamers" and enact a lawful answer to DACA.
