The occupation of America by a provisional government is what is considered a 'paper occupation' which does not come about by an invasion or by any form of force but is affected by the consent of the people.

The 1933 New Deal established a PUBLIC TRUST into which the American people 'Pledged' their property. This PUBLIC TRUST is administrated by the provisional government, The United States Inc.

As with every trust there must be a Trust Indenture that sets forth the Parties, their relationship one to the other, the rights and duties and the remedy and/or method for the redemption of the property.

Because this is a Paper Occupation, created by consent, the people can redeem their property from the trust thereby returning the property to the private.

This redemption process is set forth within TWEA as the sole relief and remedy. Just saying. jt
