Based solely on the wording, I would question whether America is "occupied by the military or naval forces thereof." The first question would be, "Why list it separately from 'jurisdiction' if such occupation brings it under 'jurisdiction'?" Second, wouldn't "occupied by" indicate that a force battle had taken place and the occupying force was the victor? Seems like 'occupation' would be public knowledge, if so.

This is only partially true.

TWEA, in its definitions, section 2c states:The words “United States,” as used herein, shall be deemed to mean all land and water, continental or insular, in any way within the jurisdiction of the United States or occupied by the military or naval forces thereof.

The key phrase here is "or occupied by the military or naval forces thereof."

The president of the U S is the Commander-in-chief of the military and naval forces, is a provisional, or occupying government, brought about by the 1933 New Deal. Therefore, the property of the American people, the land known as America, is occupied by the United States and therefore WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE UNITED STATES and thus, TWEA does pertain.

TWEA clearly states that our SOLE RELIEF AND REMEDY is within TWEA, but then, that does not fit in with Anna's solution so she wishes it away thinking somehow that TWEA's 'SOLE RELIEF AND REMEDY' does not pertain to her.

Do the American people want a remedy? Do the people want access to the interest and dividends owed them for the use of their good faith & credit? Do the American people want to discharge the national debt, resolve the national banking emergency and emerge from receivership and return to solvency?

If so, then the people must look at the whole truth .... the real facts absent the rhetoric, name calling and finger pointing.

Like Anna likes to say about her peeps, its time to out your big boy and girl panties on here and face the facts! Whether you like it or not America is WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE UNITED STATES. As such TWEA offers the American people their SOLE RELIEF AND REMEDY.

But, this is a world of free will and choice so the people have a divine right to continue to hack at the branches of the problem (wining and crying about the FRAUD) rather than chopping at the roots!

Do you really want a remedy? If yes, then maybe you may wish to look at TWEA and it SOLE RELIEF AND REMEDY. Just saying. jt
