I have never given consent to be dictated to.

I have never given consent to being taxed.

I have never given consent to be compelled into acquiring a license (vehicle or business), registering a vehicle, or buying insurance for a vehicle or business.

I have never given consent to semantic head games, used by legislative bodies, to manipulate me or the rest of the population into fraudulent color of law bullshit.

Manipulative legislation, resulting in paper work with slimy undisclosed legal definitions, used to fool the population into unenforceable contractual relations, is systemic fraud for profit. Which the corrupt State still tries to enforce.

Silence by unawareness is not consent. Silence by false awareness is not consent. Silence by confusion is not consent. Silence is not consent. Perhaps it is simply contemplation, and observation. Contemplation and observation take time, and is often done before making the determination to act in a particular way.

Peer pressure often motivates one to act quickly, out of fear of social punishment. This is also not consent. It is intimidation. It is force. An example of this is when a law enforcement officer of the corporate entity labeled as the State, threatens another human being with death for failure to rapidly comply with the officer's commands, which are at that point seriously criminal. Once for interfering in the life and travel. Twice for using the threat of death and punishment.
