YES!

Once again we enter no brainer land.The reason I say no brainer territory is because anyone with even 1/2 of a brain will recognize the substance, the principles, the facts and the law exposing forced healthcare for what it is! SLAVERY.

At the end of the short monograph is are two questions to any systemite attempting to force healthcare or control over your body or you, that will settle the issue in your favor.

Let us approach this issue from the very foundational position. The whole American experience in Self Government is based on a very simple concept. Individual liberty is based on individual responsibility. The founders exercised their own responsibility to themselves on behalf of their neighbors to create governments in the name of and by the authority of the good People. The foundational documents from the beginning state this fact in very clear and certain terms, they have never been voided, cancelled by the grantors of all political power of all governments, the good People. Political power is legislative power. This is why the legislative bodies are called the political arms of government.

No Constitution, either state or federal grants legislative authorities power to regulate the good people that created governments. Read it for your self in the legislative sections and identify, if you can, where you are to be controlled. The reason the people are not identified as either subjects nor objects subject to government control is very very simple. None of us have authority to regulate our neighbors. Therefore, We as creators of government could never assign that power to governments We created.

Legislative acts attempting to control people by force of legislation are not authorized by laws of constitution. Thus, the control over the people’s health and care providers allegedly required by legislative fiat is not a government act.

If these health care mandates are not law nor legal in any sense what are they?
A number of definitions exposing what forced heath care is come to mind. Yet the common denominator shared by all is the result. The result of forced control over individual choice in or of health care of any individual is always SLAVERY.

Reread the legislative sections of the Constitutions. Then decide for yourself if you are the subject of governments legislative acts. When you fail to find yourself identified as something to be regulated, does that expose that many legislative acts are not relevant to you. Further, are you being treated as a SLAVE when the actors of government hold you liable to their unlawful and illegal acts.

US v KOZMINSKI, 487 US 931: Held: For purposes of criminal prosecution under § 241 or § 1584, the term "involuntary servitude" necessarily means a condition of servitude in which the victim is forced to work for the defendant by the use or threat of physical restraint or physical injury or by the use or threat of coercion through law or the legal process. This definition encompasses cases in which the defendant holds the victim in servitude by placing him or her in fear of such physical restraint or injury or legal coercion. Pp. 487 U. S. 939-953.
Are you forced to work for the regulators when you pay the fees and costs required under health care legislation? Your work is exchanged for money which is used to pay for services forced on you by legislative fiat. How is forced health care not SLAVERY?

Do you Mr./Mz. Systemite, recognize you are personally liable to me, with no defense, when I demand in writing that you produce the source of the authority to regulate or control my body or health care under legislative mandates?

Any one forced into a contract, particularly on controlling personal health, is being treated as a slave. Ask those children and their parents that have been damaged by forced vaccinations if they have been treated as chattel property, slaves.

Second question.
Mr./Mz. Systemite, if any one is forced into a contract, particularly by legislative actions, is that contract valid or void for fraud?

Does any one else smell socialism disguised as health care?
