Abadi took advantage of his situation and caused another delay.

Most of you who read online articles already know the score between ISIS and the US, UK and Israel who are supplying them with arms and other warfare needs both in Syria and Iraq.

Sure it was Maliki who invited ISIS into Iraq but we all know who is really behind the funding and the armoring of these so called "rebels" who are just paid mercenaries hired by Israel Mossad or CIA agents.

But it didn't stop Abadi from taking advantage of his situation and push for more help from the coalition forces inside of Iraq. He likely and diplomatically told them that he couldn't allow the RV to happen until more of Iraq was secured from these rebel forces.

Abadi knows how desperate the rest of the world is for some monetary relief from their debt burdens and outstanding payments. Iraq isn't the only ones in dire straights and Abadi knows it.

So what better way to hold off on the RV then to know everything on the Iraqi government side for the RV itself is done but hold off on implementing it knowing that all these countries who will benefit from it would be willing to help in one more big push to devastate ISIS and at the same time prove their allegence to Iraq in their goal to create more stability to their country?

Clever, isn't it? But it also leaves all of us wondering just how long this latest push at these ISIS rebels will now take to accomplish to the satisfaction of the Abadi government.

If you were paying attention to the last Friday's TNT call you would have noticed at the 9:30 min. mark that DC mentioned that the US had stated that if Abadi had any reservations about triggering the RV at all that he should hold off on implementing it.

DC also stated that the IMF and BIS were unsure about when Abadi wanted to trigger the RV and he didn't give any further info on just what that meant.

Isn't the IMF and the BIS supposed to be involved in this up to their eyeballs? So it stands to reason either they are being left out of the loop as to when the trigger is supposed to be on the RV or DC was not giving us accurate info on that particular matter.

If these are the kinds of holes in communications that are on these levels then it's no surprise to me to see this RV stalled back once again.

I don't think this will be a "2 day" operation as Tony had conveyed to us but there is probably no real way to tell just how long this next wall to the RV will take.

Yes it's true that the CBI stopped auctions and thus stopping some money flow into Iraq but that won't necessarily stop them from starting them back up again, right?

Many signs show us that things have gotten done to such a finishing point we never thought to look behind our shoulder at the ISIS problem that's been going on there for almost a year now.

And only now does it seem to be a problem to people?

So now we are being forced to deal with it.
