There is a very interesting theory that since, at the core, we are made up of waves (frequencies) that EVERY dis-ease has its own frequency set. AND that by bombarding the body with the proper frequencies through such as the EMR machine, that any disease can be 'cured'. Of course, the mental stimulus which caused us to be 'off-key' in the first place would have to be changed in order to keep the dis-ease out of our lives permanently.

Now, it is further said that our Government already KNOWS this and has been using this technology for some time. But to give it to us would mean that the Medical Profession would go broke (Why couldn't they just be the ones administering the cure?).

Of course, this cycles back to the reason for keeping us ignorant of EVERYTHING in the first place: The Corporations might go broke. Heaven forbid!

Free Energy Technology is kept from us because the Energy companies, Oil, et al would go broke; Mad Cow Disease is kept from us because we might not eat beef and the Meat Industry would go broke. The consequences of Aspartame are officially kept from us because Chemical Companies might otherwise be adversely affected.

Have we figured it out yet? We are nothing but a 'herd of cows' in affect owned by the American Stock Market. We belong to Wall Street as surely as Social Security makes 'legal fictions' out of us. But the more they 'push' us, the more we wake up. And the more we awaken, we realize we don't have to sit by while these clowns define our world for us!

The EMR Technology was paid for by our tax dollars. Black budget or not, it belongs to the people of the Republic as surely as the CAFRs do! And the more we think about it, the more we'll figure out how to take it back. ...Or maybe we'll just figure out how to change our own internal frequencies and raise them to the point of the Golden Mien wherein the dis-ease would be absorbed and no longer of consequence... Sounds impossible? Maybe not.

The following site is a wonderful place to start understanding how we are made up of frequencies and how and what we can do to begin CONTROLLING OUR OWN FREQUENCIES! It may not be exactly 'light' reading, but even leafing through it, one comes away with a beginning understanding of HOW we create our Personal and Collective Realities. The science alone is nothing less than 'awesome'! Mr. Winter is clearly one of those standing by the 'Exit' and yelling to all of us: "It is over here!"
