Description of Work

WSI provides comprehensive facility maintenance services, to include: preventative and predictive maintenance on all physical plant systems, electronic security systems, fire alarm systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems; elevator systems, and other equipment in the jail with service call for repairs, subcontract management services, design of minor construction and/or renovation work, and management of all facility maintenance and alternation activities. WSI also performs fire alarm system testing, coordinates facility safety inspections and requirements, assists in completion of emergency plans and programs, and completes facility deficiency surveys, as needed; comprehensive energy management services and programs to reduce cost for electricity, gas, and water, and offers continually updated programs to improve performance.
