Yup, I know about Dianne Feinstein and her husband's interests in China. I know about George Soros and his recommendations for the implementation of the Marshall Plan in post-War Crotaia and I actually predicted a Marshall Plan recommendation for post-war Kosovo by Marti Ahtisarri. I know that Senator Feinstein; George Soros; and David Viveash have all attended Bilderberg Society meetings. But, I also know that Senator Feinstein considers a Middle East peace of the highest priority as she is a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. I know that David Viveash is Director of Canada's "peacebuilding" efforts in their Foreign Ministry and I know that George Soros has engaged in numerous philantropic efforts. Look at the rich and who sponcers a Foundation - Bill Gates is one but what of Larry Ellison of Oracle?

So, as dubious as it may sound, I discuss peacebuilding with the Bilderberg. I certainly do not run with them. I am an American citizen. I work an 8 hour day. All my efforts are voluntary. I do not have a website. I send my emails one at time.

BTW - Amir Zohar, a major in the Israeli reserve, was killed Wednesday night during a firefight with Palestinians near the West Bank town of Jericho. He was for peace with the Arabs. At his funeral, his wife, Orly, said: "We believe in peace, we believe in a Palestinian state, we think there is no other way. Even if peace is growing distant now, in the end it will come." ("Slain Israeli believed in Peace With Arabs"; by Joel Greenberg; NY Times; Friday, Nov 3, 2000).

And, also, a comment by Col. Gary Amel - "There's no contradiction between seeking coexistence and the need to be strong." (i.b.i.d.)

"Hannibal" - you presume too much. On the long term, I just want to see the peacebuilding efforts become as strong as the military effort. I want the 'peacebuilding industry' to grow. Harm reduction efforts do exist - George Soros' International Harm Reduction Development and Dr. Gerry Brady's "A Global Project for Personal Responsibility" are examples.

I find no hippocracy with the combination of peacebuilding efforts and the responsible ownership of guns.
