With all due respect to Barry Chamish, I have never heard of the French having a vaccine for GWS. But I have seen it reported French troops were taking doxycycline prophylactically during the Gulf War. So it would seem that not only were the French aware of the likelihood of bios exposure but also knew that doxy would be a treatment for it.

Moreover, I take exception with the French being the suppliers or users of bios in the Gulf.

While several Euro countries [most notably Germany] had in the past supplied Iraq with bio technology for use in their war against IRAN [this is what Iraq-Gate under President Bush was about, the funneling of war materiel' to Iraq disguised as farm aid], the U.S. was in the forefront of this--most notably through American Type Culture and Tanox, the latter of which it has been reported both Bush and James Baker had a financial interest in.
