Subject: [piml] Factual Joe Gray Update

I just spoke to Henderson County Chief Deputy Sheriff Ronnie
Bronlow. He says they have no plans to execute the felony
warrants for Joe Gray. There are no federal personnel and there
is no law enforcement presence of any kind at Joe Gray's property

so far as the Henderson County Sheriff's Office is aware. All
roads are open. Dallas TV Channel 4 (Fox), Tyler Channel 7, and
Tyler Channel 56 were there. The websites www.foxnews.com and
www.kdfw.com (Dallas Channel 4) have no reports on the subject.

Alex Jones has been reporting that feds are there and Bo Gritz has
been repeating those reports. I listened carefully to Alex last
night and this morning; he said that Gray had found a video camera
marked "special operations." Other than that, Jones offered no
evidence whatsoever concerning the presence of federal personnel.

My best guess is that nothing is happening there, but people
reporting that the Gray family is being attacked by the feds
because of no driver's licenses might just inspire some serious
trouble. Paranoia seems to be running rampant. How someone could
actually be on the scene, as Alex Jones was, and report things
which did not exist is beyond my understanding.

Gray has two felony warrants on him for allegedly biting one DPS
Officer and allegedly attempting to take the handgun of another
DPS Officer. These warrants will eventually be served and Gray
will eventually be arrested. The reason for the delay is because
of concern for the safety of others.

There would be no excuse for federal personnel to be involved in
this state matter.

Republic of Texas Generals and others anxious to defend Joe Gray
as a hero can go back home. There is nothing to defend against at
this time.
