Metcalf's article was confusing. He seemed to flip-flop from one side of the line to the other. So I read the article backwards, and will present what I found. I tend to write "backwards" and so have to inverse my essays so that my logic can be followed by the reader. Here is what that technique shows me about what I suspect Metcalf was thinking when he wrote this article:

Paragraph 18 (P18_) It's our right according to the Declaration of Independence to abolish our present government..

(P17)..because it has committed the very tyranical acts which England committed causing the American Revolution.

(P16) The feds cannot identify the true resistance.

(P15) They erroneously focus on high profile camo-wearing types.

(P14) NEVER has an army beat home field players trained in guerrilla warfare (the true resistance is trained in and will use guerilla warfare).

(P13) The feds remain infiltrated by police officers, deputies, and military committed to "preserve and protect the Constitution .. against ALL enemies
foreign and domestic."

(P12) Martial Law will not be declared while we are armed.

(P11) I don't expect Gunslinger2000 will grow into "Martial Law", but...

(P10) ...local FBI agents worry Gunslinger2000 is a Trojan horse that will NOT end, and "will result in disarmment and internment".

(P9) Gunslinger2000 Phase 2 "simulated" terrorist WMD, Clinton's "mock" EO
for roundup of dissidents and disarming, NG teams of 22 take over and run local
government operations.

(P8_) Simulated earthquake compels/allows Clinton to authorize the complete federalization
of ALL agencies in the state (or states).

(P7) Operation Gunslinger 2000 practices total takeover
of Kentucky and maybe even Tennessee by the feds.

(P6) Americans will tolerate UN occupation/ global rule if it promotes their safety.

(P5) Metcalf is viewed as optimistic compared to some despite his referencing Kissinger @ Bilderbergers in France, May 21, 1992. (Was this the "useless eaters" quote?--Data Junkie)

(P4) Denies "imminent" martial law. (The only reason he lists is that the true resistance is too powerful. Also implied is that we will or may be already nder an undeclared Martial Law.--Data Junkie)).

(P3) I have seen numerous lists of government concentration camps
and quoted Congressman Gonzales acknowledging the contingency plans for such facilities.

(P2) No documentation of any "hidden army" in the woods at
least battalion size. ( smaller than batallion is a "hidden" confirmation in this paragraph--Data Junkie)

(P1) 10 year history of people crying "wolf" of imminent Martial Law.
