Jeff Rense on Sightings May 11th had as his second guest self-described CIA-brat Kurt Billings. Billings reported that he was approached by a state biologist who gave an interesting rundown on the bio-warfare experiment angle of the chemtrail phenom. He said the scientist told him that each state biology division is mixing its own contaminant to spray on the citizens, so folks in one state may be exposed to something entirely different from folks in another state. He said this is being done through the human genome project.

Billings also reported that the Ethylene Dibromide makes the body alkaline which is necessary to power the microchips implanted via vaccinations et al. Billings recommends raising body ph to dissolve these unwanted micro-implants.
