Biological components have now been identified in the two ground samples previously analyzed on www.carnicom.com. Numerous red blood cells, white blood cells, and unidentified cell types have been found within the sub-micron fiber sample previously presented and submitted on Jan 20 2000 to Carol M. Browner, Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency. To date, Ms. Browner has refused to identify the sample delivered to her by certified mail, and to disclose those results to the American public. An visual analysis has now been conducted with a professional quality microscope on May 7 2000 and reveals the important discovery above. More information and images from this analysis will be presented in the future. Depicted above is one of two remarkable discoveries of clustered red blood cells which become readily visible after being subjected to immersion oil. The cells appear to be of a freeze-dried or dessicated nature in their original form within the microscopic fibers. Isolated and individual blood cells are interspersed throughout both of the samples which have previously been described. The surface of the cells appear to be modified in some way, but electron microscopy will likely be required to establish further detail. Professional medical analysis of the images and chemical analysis of the fibers, and the subsequent disclosure of those results, now exists as a fundamental need.

The individual that provided the images herein and those that will follow shall remain anonymous. I was a witness to the events that have been recorded. The source material for the images presented herein has been duplicated and distributed to numerous locations across the United States, and it is secured by various methods.

The ramifications of this recent discovery establish sufficient cause for widespread involvement of the American people in this issue, and for subsequent Congressional hearings.

At LANL, fire races toward who-knows-what volatile monstrous concoctions. Public officials say "There is VERY LITTLE danger to the public." Well, I'm so soothed by that phrase- in just a minute I'll go right back to sleep. But first, let me see, where was I, oh yes... besides drought, ferocious winds, wildfires sniffing around plutonium...the sky is actually dripping blood! Well, why not? Sure. Anything else? Nor is it an escape into denial. I encourage the practice of the response of no response when viewing these pictures and this material. Just be aware that what you see is what you see. This is how people come up with answers to questions -- by observing, in a very calm and objective, detached way. So I suggest to all my friends out there, that the better thing to do is to step back from the photographic material at the top, and just look at it through your eyes, if looking at it with your eyes fails to show anything to your innate understanding. As you do so, may I suggest that you do not doubt, that you do not think, and that you just observe it for what it really is. And, yes, it does take practice. So just go ahead and do that. . .

We should all learn to gain strength in the face of great adversity -- that is what separates true cultures from those that will ultimately die away and vanish from living history.

Since my first "hunch" that biologicals were involved -- and since the scant realization that many biologicals are "tagged" for easy infrared spectrum identification -- I've only cautiously ventured into the realm of speculation regarding whether or not any sort of biological devices were in use, though once the blacklights were brought into play (and the resulting discoveries), I harbored very little doubt about the matter.

We're out of the "joke" and "debunking" realm now, and well into the realm of hard, scientific fact, even if "motives" are not yet clear.

There can be little doubt that a case is building against our current, sitting government and administration, including the military and scientific communities -- but more specifically, not all members of the same, merely their most secretive, subversive elements. No man is an island, and thus certainly governments are more than merely the sum of their members.

In days when police and medical workers alike live in near-constant fear of exposure to aids and other blood-borne pathogens, I find it difficult to believe that any government could justify dispersing ANY sort of blood-related product upon its population without full knowledge and consent.

There is no doubt we're ingesting these particles, and have been for some time. They are not common dust, or leftover threads from some harmless manufacturing process. THEY ARE A SPECIFIC, SELECTIVELY ENGINEERED "DELIVERY" SYSTEM OF UNKNOWN PURPOSE. What, exactly, they're meant to deliver remains to be determined. At the very least, all laws and principles of "informed consent" have been flouted with utter abandon and disregard for consequence.

At the very least, doctors who have been turning a blind eye to recent events can no longer say their interests and research and not warranted. And their continued indifference, at this juncture, may even be deemed criminal on a grand scale.

Further, our friendly, daily chem-pilots (and all their suppliers) can no longer claim any sort of innocence about the matter. To wit, a great Genie has left the bottle, an entire army of Cats been let loose from the proverbial bag; Elvis has long since left the building.

All the King's Horses and all the King's Men will not be enough to keep Humpty sitting on his grand perch, and I dare say folks had best stand aside and let the fragments fall where they may, because, as we've already witnessed, they already have. We have samples of this stuff all over America. We may now have enough evidence to warrant high-level criminal investigations AND (phony as they are) congressional hearings. I don't know if it will come to that - but if there is any justice left in this country, there will be a serious reckoning.

And if not -- my personal beliefs tell me there will be a reckoning anyway. You can read about it in any number of spiritual traditions from all over the world.

So, the message to TPTB -- take your pick. You can deal with us, or you can try to argue with God or whatever higher power you may believe exists (yeah, we all know THAT works well, right?), but we will not forget the lessons of history, and I doubt you'll be allowed to "write" this one by yourselves...

The analysis at that time was that it contained human white corpusles, an iron like substance, and an unknown virulant bacteria that was making people who came in contact with the material violently ill. Pets and other animals that were exposed to the material in yards/pastures died from the exposure.

Black helipcopters had been sighted in the Oakville area before rainfall brought down the blobs. Also reported in some cases were black triangle ufos. Perhaps our fibers are just another form of the above material.

Also similar between fibers and globs is that some were reported to be clear, some blue, some green. It was stated in an article that evidence had been uncovered regarding the military conducting biowarfare on the populace of Oakville, WA since 1994 - article was written in 1997. Threats were made by military to resident to "shut up and don't try and connect the dots."

Blobs fell over approx 20 square mile area and happened 6 times in 1994 to Oakville area. Reports were made by local police who had it cover the windows of squad car. Officer Lacey was violently ill, to the point where he could hardly breathe & felt like his whole system was shuttingn down. (the police officer had even used latex gloves to touch it)

Dotty Hearn, resident, touched some of the material outside her home as she thought it looked like chunks of hail lying about. She later began to feel dizzy and nauseated. An hour after symptoms started, her family found her collapsed on bathroom floor. She was cold, drenched with sweat, had been vomiting, had extreme vertigo, and complained of extreme difficulty with vision. She spent next few days in hospital. Diagnosed as severe inner ear infection. Family took samples of the fallen material in to hospital for tests as they still wondered if it had not had some affect on Dotty. Lab tech found it contained human white blood cells, but exactly what it was - had no idea. Forwarded samples to Washington State Dept of Health. Sample was said to be teaming with two species of bacteria, one which makes it's home in the human digestive system.

Microbiologist from Amtest Labs: "Here we have sample 128-76. He saw what he thought was a eukaryotic cell - basically a cell that has a definable nucleus and is present in most animals." In other words the substance was alive. (Weird and frightening)

Art Bell had interviewed one witness from the Oakville area who reported people coming incontact with this material were coming down with flu like symptoms.

The material I copied was from site: www.crossfields.com/~watcher/blobs.html They took info from several areas including: an Art Bell interview, a show that aired on Unsolved Mysteries, etc. Don't know if sight is still good as was a while back when I copied it.

But again, thinking on the similarities between the geletin and the fibers - do you think they could have advanced from the initial tests of material found in these reported geletinous globs to the current fibers which we are now reporting and which can't be seen with the naked eye?

Barb07 - I think your hunch about the "change" in delivery "vehicle", from wet, stringy blobs to virtually undetectable microfilaments is the most simple conclusion that can be reached. There could be any number of other reasons for such engineering, but they would all require more elaborate explanations, and should therefore be considered obtuse at best.

skygazer - very perceptive of you to notice the strange similarities between modern day U.S. and Biblical Egypt -- it is written indeed that the rivers ran red with blood. If I remember correctly, this was a time of accursedness against the nation of Egypt for it's persecution of the Hebrew God (?? any scholars out there ??); so, is it such that we are now guilty of turning away from the same God upon which the Europeans pledged this nation as sacred with their own breath and lives upon their earliest landings (not that everything done here in God's name has been "holy", mind you...)? I never though that I would be living in a time when we would say that our very skies were "teeming with blood", but now it appears that that has already occurred, and we still have other fibers, and even "powders" to analyze.

the pix - yep, looks like blood cells to me. Now, we've much more work to do, and it will all have to happen in professional lab settings. I feel there will be no "easy explanations" for this stuff at all, and many may want to "block it out" of their minds, though the time for that is long since past. We are certainly "all in this together" at this point, as a nation.
