Another whistleblower who needs your help is Charles (Chuck) Schlund. His legal case wound its way through the (AZ) state courts for several years and finally made its way to the U.S. Supreme Court in 2001. On June 29, 2001 the Supreme Court(*) dismissed Mr. Schlund's lawsuit.

Mr. Schlund's document was written under severe "torture", and as such, it contains numerous errors in grammar and spelling. The man who posted it on Rumor Mill News has tried to clean it up, but the length of the affidavit makes this difficult.

My name is Charles Schlund and I would like to submit my lawsuit against the United States for others to view to aid them the filing of such lawsuits against those torturing them. I am under heavy torture and my freedom of speech is almost totally removed under this torture in retaliation for the filing of this lawsuit before the Supreme Court. Chuck

Please make the information presented in the Schlund affidavit available to everybody that you know! Please call talk shows, contact newspapers, radio stations, television stations, etc. and let them know that you KNOW that they refuse to report on the issues which this document describes.

Please write to your congresspeople and senators, governors and local elected officials. Demand action from them!!! Many of them are aware of the issues involved [govt. sanctioned drug trafficking, massive corruption, etc.] but are AFRAID to speak out.
