Wrong. Dr. Mercola studied and practiced medicine. That's mainly pharmaceuticals & surgery. He is, however correct about 80% of the time on health issues. With surgery and prescription meds probably a much higher percentage.

Distilled water will detox the body of minerals, that's inorganic minerals which our body cannot in any fashion utilize. Simply introduce organic minerals in angstrom size. This would be my recommendation as a clinical nutritionist working in the field over 28 years now.

Logic would dictate if the good doctor witnessed so many weak patients, which he believes suffered from this terrible distilled/ pure water why not simply introduce organic minerals? Perhaps lack of workable knowledge in the health field.

We all have our specialties. Medicine and health are really two different fields of concentration. I personally can count on my one hand and have fingers left over as to how many pre-med students attended any health/ nutrition classes during my undergrad time.
