First of all, I DID NOT SAY “supplement your water with minerals.” What I said was “you have to supplement your diet with trace minerals.”

NOT SO.

The universal problem is that it's extremely difficult to find a source of legitimately clean, healthy, water. It's much simpler, and easier, to eliminate the massive, ongoing effort that would be required to frequently monitor the quality of one's tap water or other source of “clean” water. I've been down that path and it's time-consuming and expensive! Using steam-distilled water is the healthiest choice because it has zero particulates, or at most .01 parts per million. You can't find a cleaner source of water anywhere!!! ...

Personally, I've made a conscious decision to protect my health to the best of my ability, every day, ever hour, every minute. I've been doing this religiously now for over 40 years.

There is a lot more to it than just drinking and cooking with steam-distilled water and supplementing with trace minerals. One has to consciously avoid (to the greatest extent possible in today's trashed environment) ALL forms of poisons from what's in our water, what's in our soil and the food that we eat, to nuclear radiation fallout, toxic chemicals that are being clandestinely dumped on us from above (by criminal “elite” tyrants) commonly referred to as chemtrails, it means opting out of using the traditional, mainstream, medical establishment along with their partners in crime, Big Pharma, in favor of taking care of one's own health and relying on proven, natural remedies and cures, the most important of which is illness prevention, etc, etc, etc.

It also means living a healthy life style, eating a primarily organic food and drink diet and avoiding ALL processed junk food which comprises fully 90% of what's on grocery store shelves.

BTW, I grow much of my own food, berries and fruit. I also can much of my home-grown produce. Of course I would NEVER EVER use toxic chemical fertilizers and pesticides in any of my gardens. EVERYTHING is organically grown!!!

But granted, this is “too much effort” for most people. Most don't have a clue as to where to begin in taking responsibility for their own lives and their own health.
