Calling All Judges: Look at the Boston Marathon Show Trial

There can be not the slightest doubt that the trial of Dzhokar “Jahar” Tsarnaev was fixed. He was convicted and sentenced to death at his April 2015 “show trial” in the US District Court in Boston. There is no reliable evidence of his guilt, and tons of evidence of a frame-up. Please see my video below.
An hour ago I posted an essay at Gumshoennews.com and a reply came in immediately from an American-Australian barrister, retired. He said he didn’t know which was worse, the time he spent in Vietnam with the US Army or the time he spent as a member of the New South Wales Bar. He said he found himself choking on the words “Your Honor.”
Come on, Your Honors. You know who you are. Can we please move this thing ahead? Back in 2003, dear old Sherman Skolnick published his book “Ahead of the Parade: A Who’s Who of Treason – the Banks, the Bench, the Bar, and the Secret Political Police.” He was very sympathetic to judges (and I am, too) who are in a desperate situation. Here is a quote from page xxi:
Chief Judge: I caught the Bar president presenting a falsified Affidavit. It was a multi-million dollar crime.
Citizen’s Committee [i.e. Skolnick]: What did you do?
Chief Judge: What any honest judge should do. I put him in contempt of court for obstructing justice. He launched an attack on me….
A month later:
Chief Judge: I am calling from a pay phone. I packed up my belongings into a house trailer. They won. They drove me from the bench.
Citizen’s Committee: Don’t worry. Don’t be down-hearted Your conscience is clear.
The problem seems to me (MM) to come from the top, that is, above the judges. Let me quote from a marvelous 2008 book by John Ray and Lyndon Barsten (“Truth at Last”) that shows how poor old James Earl Ray had to be used for a whole lifetime so we stupid Americans could imbibe the idea that he had assassinated Martin Luther King:
“Until the mid-1970s most people did not know that the US government was working hand in glove with organized crime. James was aware of it, possibly as early as the 1950s because he was part of that world in Chicago.” (page 87).
Now hear this, from John Ray, James’ brother:
“I have no specific information about the CIA, James’s handlers, military intelligence, or the FBI. I’ll just lump them together and call them the feds. This is also the term my brother James used, because I don’t think he knew who he was dealing with most of the time…. The feds were behind James’ lawyer Hanes. They are all connected. They go to the same clubs and they share documents. Most of them are moved into positions like US Attorneys, state’s attorney, or other positions of power” (page 81 of the Ray-Barsten book).
I have covered a lot of that in my new book, “Fraud Upon the Court” (2015). Today I want to stick with the Marathon problem. For one thing, Tsarnaev is not yet dead. (James Earl Ray got knocked off in a cruel way. Men in the prison yard shanked him “for no reason” and he died of the ensuing Hepatitis C; see Tamara Carter’s beautiful book, “Memoir of Injustice”). For another thing, Boston is not Chicago. Boston is the center of, how shall I say this, thought. Damned if we can let the US District Court in Boston get away with a show trial.
