Letter to My Late Parents. Part One: Marathon Bombing

Dear Parentals,
How’s bayou up in celestial territory there?
I am writing to you, Mom (1914-1990) and Dad (1899-1981) as I need to talk to somebody normal, I mean somebody who hasn’t absorbed any of the false knowledge that started to be dished out in the 1990s.
Moreover, I’m writing this for all who may read it on the Internet. You never heard of Internet, Dad; it has been the best ‘material possession’ of my life. It means I can send out a letter, without postage, to the whole world – and that letter arrives immediately. No joke! (It sort of goes by radio wave.) “For the benefit of the audience” I’ll number the paragraphs.
1. As you were both Bostonians, you may like to hear about the Marathon race. Remember when Junior did the whole 26 miles? In 2013, on April 15th (when many people were doing their last-minute tax return, of course), some Marathon runners near Copley Square got hit by a bomb. Today, January 5, 2015, the trial of the bomber opens at the Moakley Court House. Guess what, Mom, that’s on the Silver Line of the MBTA, a bus line that goes to the airport and costs nada!
2. In this letter, I’ll try to differentiate two things: Reality As I See It, and The Junk That Is Being Promoted. For short: MyReality and TheirJunk. Ah, to whom doth “Their” refer? Glad you asked. I’m referring to our weird political leaders. Before you died, Mom, Bush was already in office, and later his son was prexy, too. They are both mind-controlled. That means that another person can control them. I judge the ability to direct another person’s brain as probably the most significant political fact in the world today. It’s like wow.
3. Your little 1947 gift to posterity, me, is still going around without being controlled. I don’t know how I escaped it (and can’t be absolutely sure I’m free). At the end of WWII, Dad, in which you served, the Nazi’s were said to have lost. But an element in Germany was secretly exported to the US (this is now declassified, but Yanks resist hearing it as it doesn’t fit our legend). Those ex-Nazi’s largely formed our CIA and have been very skilled in such things as medicine, aeronautics, and social-psychology.
4. Well, it’s nice to be skilled, but they’ve had to use their work mainly to keep themselves safe from arrest! Once they figured out how to control minds (earlier guys like Mesmer and Pavlov were harbingers of this stuff), they could hardly pass up the chance to control people to do their bidding.
5. They also were tempted, naturally enough, to withhold medical knowledge so that the population would tend to be in bad health. That leaves the top dogs unchallenged -- folks beset by illnesses can’t do much. Today most individuals in the US have a serious health problem. You heard it here first. (In fact, your offspring wrote a book about the cancer epidemic.)
6. People have also been thrown into debt. Do you recall, mom, when Joan was given the chance in 1963 to buy shares in the new Mastercharge? She declined but she’d now be living in a Wellesley mansion – or two – if she had said yes. The world of credit is still growing. It’s almost like debt bondage. Student loans have meant that young members of the professions have to work for “the man.” Folks lose their mortgaged homes to the bank at the drop of a hat. I bought a condo in Marblehead when a bank was selling cheap.
7. Oh, I’m supposed to be talking about the Marathon. To give you a sample of MyReality, I can only say that the 2013 race ended at Copley Square, as usual. The time was after 3pm, it was only stragglers coming in, so no huge crowd. Then a puff of smoke was seen and a noise heard, or so they say. I think that part of the story is true, at least it sounds reasonable, but nowadays the networks report both true stuff and made-up stuff. I know you’re thinking that if the TV newsman were lying, he’d stammer or blush, but no, he wouldn’t know he was lying. If he’s mind controlled, his face always looks sincere.
8. This gets complicated. Gee, thanks, Parents, for being there so I can juxtapose MyReality with TheirJunk and know that you will understand! Now then, after the Marathon bombing, onto the telly comes a doctor from the Mass General saying “There will be a lot of amputations.” Oh-oh. That’s when I started to doubt the story. Why? Because George always told me that doctors are trained to be soothing. An amputation is a traumatic thing even for the public to hear mentioned, never mind the victim in his hospital bed hearing it on his TV.
9. Or his iPhone. You see, people now carry a phone with them, smaller than a cigarette pack. (Ah, Dad, I remember buying Camels for you at 15 cents a pack.) It has a little screen on which you can talk to your friends, or see movies, or get the weather forecast. “High tech” has become so normal that children needn’t learn math; the computer does it for them. They no longer learn penmanship, as “the keyboard we have always with us.” Worse, they don’t learn history. And who needs geography? Everyone’s got GPS, Global Positioning System (in their iPhone). Useful for taxi drivers but also gives Big Brother a record of your travels.
10. So, Mom and Dad, did people get hurt near Copley Square that day, or is it all a crock? I’ll demo four possible interpretations of that Mass General doc’s remark for you: 1. Maybe it’s all kosher – he really was told by the Emergency Room to get ready for mucho orthopedic surgery. Or 2. He was exaggerating a bit, maybe he hadn’t been trained the same way as George, re soothing the patient. Or 3. He is not a doctor at all, just someone the TV network uses to play the role, in the interests of the news being entertainment/education. Or 4. He is part of a plot in which the whole Marathon thing was made to happen, perhaps for the purpose of worrying the citizens.
11. As I said, there is a small group of ‘talented’ men – I associated them with Nazi’s of 1945 but by now they’d be an ethnic mix, who have set up many social controls. As I said, they put folks into debt and keep them in need of medication. They withhold some subjects from schools that you, as a teacher, Dad, would find amazing, such as math and history.
12. What DO the kids learn in school? They learn to have sex. Ha ha, just trying to startle you. Not entirely a joke, though. There are official beauty contests for 3-year olds at which the girl wears make-up and slinks around like a 17-year-old. Don’t believe me, Mom? Look up “Toddlers in Tiara’s” on the Internet. We had a president elected in 1992, Bill Clinton, who, like all top dogs, had quite a bevy of females. One of his exploits led to a court case in which the most intimate details were printed on the front page of The Globe. To sell papers? Not exactly. To teach kids how to do it. I’ll say no more as to the particulars.
13. Speaking of the Globe, they are party to terrible things. They spread lies. While MyReality may occupy a few columns in the paper, TheirJunk covers many pages. Here in Australia we refer to a species of made-up news as “Killer Bees.” That’s because the media mogul, Rupert Murdoch, owned a Texas newspaper, and one day the reporter had nothing to write about. He therefore concocted a story, or so I’ve heard, that killer bees were on their way to Texas from South America. The Boston Globe publishes Killer Bees stories all the time. They all do. Christian Science Monitor? ’Fraid so.
14. Thus, whatever any of them print about the Marathon has to be “taken with a grain of salt.” In this case, a ton of salt may be called for. In 2001 we had a great national catastrophe. The “twin towers” of the World Trade Center collapsed, during business hours, with – allegedly – thousands of people in them. Now here’s an example of how to know if something is true. The buildings absolutely are gone today. Last year I rode Amtrak right past Manhattan and the skyline had indeed changed. Observation is enough to settle the matter!
15. But did thousands of office workers die? I think they did, but I would be foolish to say it’s a certainty just because the New York Times or NBC reported it. Think killer bees. They also said 343 firemen died in the WTC blaze. I suspect that figure is too high. I tried looking up the firemen’s names on the Social Security Death Index. Did not find. Many names were Puerto Rican, however, and I wasn’t sure to look for middle name or last. (Pablo Gomez Rivero). By the way, Dad, you’d be pleased to know that Boston is partly Spanish-speaking now.
16. Recently, there has arisen a veritable cottage industry of debunking the news. There’s much extolling of the “Marathon bombing hoax.” This is why I started writing you today. I have become a bit of a cut-up in respect to the hoax-debunkers. I have started to publish articles against them! Wait till you see how much confusion has been thrown into the mix. By the way, Dad, you didn’t live to see the fall of Communism in 1990. And you’d be surprised to hear that the best Internet site regarding the Marathon bombing is English.pravda.ru. Quelle turnaround! Pravda, truth. Oh, my.
17. Let’s go back to the Killer Bees thing. It was a hoax, as no bees were in fact en route to Texas. If that reporter had decided to elaborate his story, maybe going on for weeks, he could have interviewed scientists, local beekeepers, and a patient or two who had suffered years ago from beestings. If news is meant to be entertaining and educational, his work may be considered acceptable. Personally I would not approve, and I know you wouldn’t either. But nowadays people do seem willing to be tricked. They don’t get angry about it, they just say Ho-hum.
18. However, some sincere people do want to debunk hoaxes. If an individual or group were to prove that the officials, or the media (usually it’s a combination of both) had lied about the Marathon bombing of 2013, we would thank them. The matter would not rest there, of course. We would have to arrest the persons who lied, as they would have caused a panic in the city. And they apparently murdered the accused.
19. Oh, I forgot to tell you that after the bomb went off, there was a big manhunt for whoever had laid a backpack, with the homemade bomb in it, on Boylston Street, causing the (alleged) damage. The police asked everyone in Boston to stay indoors, and eventually two brothers were tracked down in Watertown, of all places. The police shot one of them to death, age 24, and his younger Bro is the one facing trial today.
20. Parentals, you may wonder why the police didn’t just fire at the older one in a non-lethal way. Well, things ain’t like they used to be. The current US president says he can kill Americans without trial. I hear you gasp. Please keep gasping. A senator recently filibustered for 13 hours to protest it, but did his colleagues support him? Nope.
21. Now to some of the confusion, which has prompted this letter. It looks as though many of the debunkers are insincere! Indeed, it looks like they are somehow hand-in-glove with the liars. To make sense of that, I have to tell you again that the “CIA” has the power and the money (thanks to Congress voting for the funds) to make big decisions for society, completely behind closed doors.
22. I admittedly stated the case too simply when I said the Nazi’s came over here and then had to protect themselves from arrest. And the term “CIA” is way too simple. Yet we ask Who is it that decides to draw folks into debt, or keep them in bad health, or change the school curricula so that the kids get a lousy education? There absolutely must be a power somewhere behind the throne. CIA-type workers are their servants.
23. Mom, Dad, is the Marathon story real or fake? How can you find out? Oh, very funny, did you say you’d ask the Archbishop to check it out? Nah. The Church does not get involved in anything like that. The old “Render to Caesar” bit
is working overtime these days, believe me. So, might we ask a committee of librarians to look at it, especially as the BPL is right smack dab in Copley Square? Nice idea, but I don’t see any such professional guardians of the truth jumping in to the fray. I assume they are scared and they are in denial.
24. My guess at the moment is that the bomb was placed by “agents,” not by the Tsarnaev brothers. My guess as to carnage is that probably some people did suffer real injury and some may even have had an amputation as a result. The reasons I don’t believe the full story can be divided into two categories: things about this case that seem off, and things I have learned from other cases. I’ll cover only the first category here.
25. As I said, my first inkling of trouble was the doctor’s warning that there would be many amputations. Seems a gratuitous remark. Actually it sounds like a media remark. My next cause for skepticism was the way the brothers exited the scene of the crime. Nothing could have been easier than for them to drop down into the subway and hightail it to a faraway place. You can now get to Rhode Island on the T Purple Line. Didn’t they have a plan? Reportedly they went and killed an MIT Security guard, and then carjacked a car.
26. The Chinese man who says he was the carjackee has asked not to be identified. Raises orange flag to me. He also said the older Bro bragged to him about having been the bomber. I can’t see myself announcing a crime I have just committed. I even find it insulting that the papers would ask us to swallow that with no proof of any kind.
27. There’s another weird aspect. During the dramatic capture at Watertown, they say that after the cops shot the older one, the younger one drove an SUV (large jeep) over the dead Bro. I am not a boy and don’t know how the adrenalin works during attempts at escape but I imagine young Tsarnaev, surrounded by a platoon of cops in battle gear, would not have tried to drive away. But I don’t know.
28. Mom and Dad, here’s a surprise. The debunkers don’t use any of the clues I listed. They have another set of complaints, mostly saying the entire event was staged, and required actors, props, etc. They put their case up at Youtube. That’s a nice invention that allows “You” to be on the “tube”. I have made many videos of myself with a camcorder and uploaded them for the world. (Hardly anyone watches my channel, though.)
29. The debunkers, who I think are mostly CIA, zero in on some detail of the Youtube ‘official’ video (meaning the ones uploaded by NBC News, or some such). They say “Look, that man who looks like his foot was blown off; we know him and he was already footless before today.” Or “Look how those security guards kept eyeballing the backpack before the bomb went off; why didn’t they call for help?” That sort of thing.
30. None of the debunkers are famous personages. Few give their real name. They use “handles” such as NO_BOMB or Sakajawea. I am pretty sure (whether or not the Marathon was bombed) that these guys have been paid to create so much doubt in people’s minds that no one will want to nail down the facts. This is part of an Orwellian cultural change in the US of A.
31. Dad, there has been almost a total abandonment, in academia, of solving a problem by argument. I go to intellectual conferences and never see a debate as such. “Reasoning” is not popular. For the young it’s “not cool” – the ultimate criterion. I guess the persons who want us to be dumb have succeeded. A Maine lady named Charlotte Iserbyt has written a book, “The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America,” but apparently a similar situation prevails in every nation.
32. I said I would compare MyReality and TheirJunk. Then I added that many debunkers do not fit into the MyReality style. Their “investigations” seem to be part and parcel of TheirJunk. What is this all about? Some say it’s to prepare Congress to jettison civil rights (gun rights, free speech, freedom from surveillance).
33. Some say it is to take the spotlight off of the World Trade Center event (which is called 9-11 as the date it occurred was 9-11-2001). I think the TheirJunk enterprise is also intended to spoil the valuable work of the genuine 9-11 debunkers. The debunkers of Marathon do a blatantly sloppy job and they may hope all debunkers will be tarred with that brush.
34. Mom. you’d be proud of a man in Germany, Elias Davidsson, who has pinpointed the lies of the 9-11 official story. Took him 10 years. I, too, have been working at these things for 10 years. Never thought I would have to spend my time playing Sherlock Holmes. Never thought the majority of Americans would say OK and Ho-hum to TheirJunk. It’s sad business.
35. Mom and Dad, after you died, it was proven beyond any doubt that Oswald was not the murderer of JFK, he was only a patsy. James Earle Ray didn’t shoot MLK; Albert De Salvo did not do the Boston Strangler murders. All three patsies were killed in jail. Seems unfair. The guilty party is still out there. Government and media still sing the old tune: “Oswald, Ray, DeSalvo.”
36. So do history books. I went to the Dallas museum this year. The Kennedy funeral is shown there, in a black and white film. It sure brought back that mesmerizing weekend in our home in 1963, when we had only recently got a TV. The museum is on the sixth floor of the Texas Book Depository. But we museum-goers were not allowed to look out the window from where the fatal bullet was shot, or to be correct, was not shot.
37. What a world. It’s sad to see grownups acting like children.
