Dear Friends -- Chandra Levy is still missing.

"In looking back over the centuries at the dark episodes that have marked the history of the human race from its earliest origins", wrote Nesta Webster in Secret Societies And Subversive Movements, with "strange and horrible cults, waves of witchcraft, blasphemies and desecrations -- how is it possible to ignore the existence of an Occult Power at work in the world?

"Individuals, sects, or races fired with the desire of world domination, have provided the fighting forces of destruction, but behind them are the veritable powers of darkness in eternal conflict with the powers of light."

Faction 1, the principal proponents of a New World Order, consists of several sections or alliances which closely resemble Cereberus, the three-headed dog of ancient legends, who stood as guardian at the gates of Hades.

Each head appears to have its own brain and its own agenda, but they all seem to be joined in one evil, possibly Satanic corpus or body. For twelve long years the forces of British Zionism, directed mostly by the City of London, have held sway over these United States, by influencing or controlling the administrations of George H.W. Bush and William "Rockefeller" Clinton.

The brilliant invention of our founding fathers, a federal union of sovereign States bound with a Constitution and Treaty powers, has been progressively wrecked -- or dissolved by their manipulations of persons and events -- and all from behind the scenes.

Whether it is directly occult and arises from those who worship Satan. Whether it is actually more in the lineage of Lucifer and thus not truly satanic, or whether the true source of occult knowledge and the powers it seems to bring is 'other-worldly,' its existence and its operations are now clear to see, and frightening to behold, and as troublesome to modern minds as it was to Nesta Webster in the 1920s.

Faction 1 is now a conglomerate alliance of some Hollywood aristocrats ( encompassing the Clintonista crew, various gangsters and their hangers-on ), the paganistic Kennedy-Gore-Cuomo section or K-G-C, and the British Zionists who control banking and finance worldwide. Who have manipulated the Marxist warlords of China into a temporary truce and a long-term association. No part of Faction 1 can actually be described as communistic, but all of its elements are simply a-slobber over the prospect of immersing this once-free Republic into a kind of 'Parliament of the United Nations'.

Remember, there can be no Parliament without a king, and no noble-born courtiers without having the requisite complement of flatterers, pimps, courtesans, soldiers of fortune and the worst of all types of men -- the Overseer, the well-despised Straw Boss. And all of them ride to work on the backs of the field hands, the 'house niggers,' as the smithies and wheelwrights of the new Global Plantation. Though most men and women yearn to be free and to bear their children in freedom and prosperity, this cloistered and well-coiffed elite sees things differently.

They hate us. They hate all men and women of conscience, of faith, and most especially they hate us who are the militant friends of Liberty.

Thus even in Britannia, the True American has friends and allies, the proof of which exists in the century-long affection that all readers of English-language fiction have for Sherlock Holmes. Even though he is ( being fictional in nature, "was" doesn't really apply ), admittedly, purely British in taste and intellect, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's 'consulting' detective represents the first in a long succession of Knights-Errant, these good guys, the crusading editors, impoverished lawyers, the singing cowboys and hard-boiled gumshoes.

The private detective is, in western literature, the self-selected man of conscience, the heroic mortal, the Tribune of Liberty called to defend justice and to protect our liberties.

Holmes conquered the evils of his era with logic and with science, but when necessary -- shades of Invasion of the Body Snatchers -- he turned to Dr. John Watson, the pistol-packing ex-Army physician. How low and loathsome the British have become, to forget Holmes and Watson and to idolize Tony Blair and his gaggle of soft-shoe socialists!!!

But Chandra Levy is still missing. Consider this item from the Modesto Bee, her hometown newspaper, first run on May 15th:

"Sven Jones ... the Santa Clara University graduate [who] worked closely with Levy since February ... recalled that Levy -- whom he described as 'a computer whiz' -- would help him with computer problems and discuss her career options.

"Levy was interested in law enforcement and intelligence work, and Jones said she had been submitting some federal government applications. But Levy also saw potential in returning to California." Jones and Levy worked together in the office of public relations for the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Everyone who has ever worked in government knows that the public information officers are often the best-informed people in the bureau or division: perhaps not always, but often they are, and so it isn't unusual for them to see things and to hear things and to read things that other workers of officials might not be privy to, or need to know.

Thus, this information dove-tails with the excellent report ... just posted by Sherman Skolnick, wherein he details some of the similarities between Miss Chandra A. Levy and the nearly-wealthy and certainly infamous Monica S. Lewinsky. Holmes' fevered brain would surely love this mystery, this 'missing intern story;' it might even have been complex enough to keep him off of the cocaine for a week or more.

Beginning with April 28th, when Chandra Levy called her colleague Sven Jones to make a luncheon date, and continuing for the next two days, there has been established a pattern of business and hurriedness on the part of the young woman.

We know for sure that she used her cellular phone to call Gary Condit's special pager number multiple times. We know for sure she was methodical in preparing to leave for somewhere, although apparently not for California, immediately. Her family's level of concern rose from mild curiosity to panic on May 6th, not twenty-four hours after her last-known e-mail message.

Clearly she was not expected to arrive on the Red Eye from D.C. -- or was she?

Everything presented about this winsome and beautiful young woman indicates that she was looking forward to graduating from the Master's Program. She was intent on being there to take the walk and to see her family. Clearly she wasn't worried about paying a few bills or making new living arrangements in Washington, D.C., at the time she was prepared to leave !!

And she was meticulous about her health and her fitness regime. That is the sign of a gal who loves life and who is living it well.

To say that a young woman who is about to be -- finally -- done with her education; to say that a young woman who has money and credit and options, is then somehow plunged into an abyss of despair so deep she simply walks away from her whole life without a plan of any kind, is to describe a woman who doesn't love life.

That doesn't stand the test of logic. If she suddenly discovered she was pregnant, and if her lover ( Condit or some other person ), then jilted her, where would she have more choices, in D.C. or in Modesto, California ?? Would Condit, a very public figure, risk all that he had worked to achieve, to force her not to have an abortion? To eschew abortion when it is practically an article of faith among modern Democrats? Or was she kidnapped and forced to undergo an abortion, to eliminate the possible repercussions ( including blackmail ), that would follow?

Was it a badly botched job?

Chandra Levy was abducted in what appears to be a "clean grab."

Barring proof that a new, super-secret weapon has been deployed, one that can enable a kidnapper to grab a woman and simply disappear into a dimensional portal, or a time-tunnel or something equally fantastic ( however theoretically possible it may be ), she had to have been grabbed by a team of agents who either lured her into a trap or knocked her unconscious and carried her out.

If she was abducted using a super-secret weapon, the question becomes -- why!?? and what ever did she know!?? If she was abducted by a team, the question becomes -- what team!?? what unit of which secret army!?? And why then, why not wait for her to embark for the airport and then grab her enroute?

Why leave her bags and her cell phone behind ? If she vanishes with her luggage and her telephone, then the D.C. authorities can be misdirected for weeks, or even months, as they try to discern what distant and romantic location she chose to heal her broken heart.

Mr. Holmes would say that Chandra Levy did not walk away from her life at the very best time of her life: he would say that she was probably not abducted by alien beings; and without having even one piece of evidence to support it, the serial killer must also be ruled out ( at least temporarily ).

She went to college in San Francisco, Los Angeles and was interning in D.C. Who would believe that this young woman was too unsavvy to be wary of the typical serial killer -- which is often a goofy, withdrawn young white man.

Chopping down those other trees, one by one, the question for the readers of Rumor Mill News then rebounds -- was Chandra Levy just a starry-eyed intern on the way up in the world, or was she, rather like Monica S. Lewinsky, the other California girl, really an agent of the Mossad or some other secret operation ??

Was she, as Mr. Skolnick has suggested, planted in the Bureau of Prisons to monitor the closeted abduction of Timothy "Oswald" McVeigh, or to discover if indeed such a "switcheroo" was in the works ? Was she sent in to do a job and then she accidentally fell in love with her hometown Congressman?

Or was she trained and instructed to lure him into an illicit romance, either for the purposes of blackmail or to gain his confidences ? Does her father, the Jewish physician, know this about her ? Does Bernard Lewinsky know that truth about his daughter ?

Or is it nothing but conjecture, fiction, rank speculation?

Worst of all, was Levy sent in to the Bureau of Prisons to enable her to enter and gain access to its computers, to hack them and to change the true history of McVeigh's execution ?

Was McVeigh spared the lethal injection, so that the Kennedy-Gore-Cuomo section could have time to work him over, deprogram him, and then debrief him about Oklahoma City and the true facts of the lethal bombing?

Was Levy discovered at the very last hour of this escapade and then, Argentine-style, just "disappeared ??"

Here in New England, the K-G-C has rolled out a well-planned operation against Joseph Ganim, the Democratic Mayor of Bridgeport, Connecticut, and his hometown fund-raising machine. Three of his closest political associates or operatives have had to resign in the last few days, and all three have entered pleas of guilty to various and sundry charges of corruption and racketeering. Some of these charges are felonies. Many more people who have been dealing with Mayor Ganim -- the most likely prospect for Governor in 2002, on the Democratic side -- have just been informed that the long-standing surveillance of these three young men has or may soon implicate them.

It isn't a case of discovering an isolated instance of local corruption!

It seems that Faction 1 is in the midst of a party purge, the K-G-C Posse is cutting out the whole Ganim Crew, and looking to bust up his lovingly-crafted fund-raising monster, the local Democratic Town Committee.

Certain key Democrats in Connecticut have decided to "bop Ganim" and put him out of their misery. It certainly isn't the work of the Republicans here, who are a sorry and disorganized lot. The actions being taken against Ganim -- who was flamboyant in his support for all things Clintonista, including civil lawsuits against the gun manufacturers of Connecticut -- bear the imprint of someone who studied Bill Clinton, who worked with him, or who simply knows him and his tactics very well.

Given that we know, now, the truth of the Clinton-Gore relations and how much animosity there was in the two camps, it isn't hard to decipher the code, to read the signs -- Faction 1 is in the middle of a serious blood-letting, and it apparently stretches from municipal and county-level officials right up and into the Bureau of Prisons.

Whether Chandra Levy was a willing part of this bloody purge, or whether she was just angling to get herself into the FBI; or whether she simply opened the wrong file at the right time ( even perhaps never knowing its true significance ), remains to be seen, remains to be discovered.

But here, at this time, it is clear that the easiest answers are the least logical and, for the pain her family has endured and will continue to face, not at all comforting. Maybe Faction 1 is re-inventing itself, enduring a revolution from within, and the Kennedy-Gore-Cuomoites are on the march. Perhaps they are even winning, against the Two Clintons.

"Behind the concrete forces of revolution -- whether Pan-German, Judaic or Illuminist -- beyond that invisible secret circle which perhaps directs them all," wrote Nesta Webster, "is there not yet another force, still more potent, that must be taken into account?"

The Faction 1 forces have been at war with the American people since 1993. Faction 1 and 2 have apparently been at war with each other since April 17th, 1995. And now it would seem that, post-Bubba, Faction 1 is disintegrating into its components.

Cereberus stands at the Gates of Hades, even yet, but its three heads are all busy biting each other, at least for now.

And -- one of those hellish heads may be gnawing on the bones of the Mod Miss from Modesto, Chandra Ann Levy.
