You people are delusional! Did any of you put this video in video software, take multiple stills, download stills to imaging software and then zoom in and enhance?
It clearly shows Hillary's whole body simply becomes rigid and cannot move typical of someone with Parkinsons. The enhanced pics show her left arm being moved forward in front of her as the person holding her arm tries to move her forward but her legs do not react. When her legs finally react she takes one step and then falls. Her arms are both held by individuals and she is definitely not handcuffed.
Secondly she would never be arrested in public and it would not be by the Secret Service but by the FBI and US Marshals. There is simply no evidence of either of these law enforcement agencies there as they would have their dark jackets on with identification on their back!
