Dear Sir...
I am coming to you with much desperation today...as I realize that the amount of time I, and the others who have been working with our BRILLIANT dearest and most honorable friend, Thomas David, House of Deegan, is coming to an end this coming Friday, so as you can see, in this situation, time is of the essence.
Thomas was unlawfully arrested (kidnapped) on September 23, 2015 and continues to be unlawfully detained for what is now a total of 78 days, to date. He was incarcerated at the North Central Regional Jail Facility, in Greenwood, West Virginia where he remains in solitary confinement.
They have unlawfully scheduled his case be heard and conducted in a military tribunal that has no jurisdiction over him, and he is to go before a corrupt circuit court judge; Reed at 9:00 AM this Friday, the 11th of December at the Justice Center in Parkersburg, West Virginia. To add insult to injury, a corrupt magistrate Robin Waters has unlawfully forced a defacto attorney to represent him against his will, who Thomas will not accept, as he is not and American Citizen but rather an expatriated political prisoner, who has been denied his many requests for Assistance of Counsel.
Sir, please I am begging you. Take the time to watch the linked below Live Stream video of damning evidence of the incorporation of all branch's of government yet purporting to be lawful government. I also included a conference call to which these foreign agents used to charge Thomas with acts of terrorism.
The brilliance of Thomas David House of Deegan has been recognized internationally and therefore these foreign agent occupier's purporting to be lawful government have now incarcerated him in attempt to silence the truth of their fraud, treason and sedition on not just the people of my beloved Republic, but of the people of the entire world.
If We the People do not begin to seriously understand the importance of what this man, along with Phil Hudok and Gene Stalnaker have done; putting the "lawful platform" at our feet in West Virginia to use as a template for all other states in the Union to follow, which would restore and then secure our Nation's Sovereignty by restoring the Rule of Law (Constitution for the United States of America circa 1787) and our People's God Given "inherent" Freedoms protected by our Bill Of Rights, We will Sir, without a doubt, lose our beloved Republic. I am ready to assist in any way with expenses if needed.
I am a firm believer that when you are doing what is moral and good, God is with you and your endeavors, and with Him, all things become possible.
I hope and pray with all of my might, that this extremely important email, reaches you in a most expedient manner, since I am in dire need of your advice on a most important issue, that will affect not only the life of the person I am writing you about, but the lives of all Americans, including yours and mine, and needs to receive urgent remedy by a quickly approaching deadline of December 11th, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in the State of West Virginia' Circuit Court in Wood County .
