for the issuance of a NON-statutory Writ of Habeas
Corpus and the factual foundation and legal basis for its issuance (see also

YES, I am VERY aware of
FISA secret "courts", but this is s discussion for
another day ... I do have days when I envision the same thing, but know that I
have the knowledge, ability and reserve to NOT
participate in ANY way and address the "merits" of the
case in such a kangaroo "court" (a GENERAL appearance
and "stipulation to the jurisdiction !) and continuously object to any attorney
FORCED upon me ... can be of further assistance but in
no position to do so 'pro bono publico' ... what kind of "circuit court judge"
is presiding here ?? Is it a federal Circuit Court judge, when we have
NO SUCH COURTS, or could it be a state Circuit judge,
which raises even more difficult issues ?????
