The USA Government buys the 18,000 small farms from the USA lottery winners.

The Israeli government has a lottery to match the 18,000 families with the 18,000 small farms. The 18,000 families must own the farms for at least 5 years, then they can sell them. If they sell before 5 years a sliding scale should be developed.

I am sure other points can be addressed and solved.

Remember these people are STILL citizens of Israel. Also if they sell the farm within five years then they give 30% say to the Israeli government.

We the USA give Israel's government $1,000,000,000 for accepting this deal. They should be happy.

Remember the Israelies in the USA can always travel to and from Israel...and when they make allot of money, they can maintain two homes one here and one in Israel...and if they really miss Israel that much within a five year period they can sell everything here and go Israel. The money can be transferred with no penality. So people are living where they want to.

Israel can now grow in peace and prosperity with no threat of war. I am sure after five years if the Jewish people want to move back in the the Heights....for the RIGHT PRICE the Palestinians would consider selling the land.....everybody is happy!!!!....and just from a lottery.
