I understand that the Clinton Administrations wants to give $1,000,000 per Jewish family to relocated them out of the Heights to another part in Israel. There are 18,000 families. So we, the taxpayers, are going "GIVE" $18,000,000,000 to solve this problem. It's probably not bad considering an all out war as the alternative in the Middle East.

I got a better idea, and everyone can be happy. We have a lottery in America whereby 18,000 small farmers (who are lottery winners) are allowed to sell their farms for $450,000 to each of the Jewish families-- lock, stock, and barrel.. and that each Jewish family be given $50,000 in cash and pay for their relocation here. (The USA Government saves $500,000.) (Remember ever Jewish American holds dual citizenship USA/Israel). So they haven't lost anything.

I am an Italian American with only American citizenship. We don't have that privilege between Italy and America.

The small farmer gets out from under...since he is dying a slow death...(I have many friends in uptate NY..beautiful people...Senator Moyihan knows them ..he lives only 1/2 mile from me.)

These Jewish Families come to the USA..they have to make a go of it or they loose...the USA gentile farmer (most are) is a winner.. (no anti jewish feelings will be generated)....the USA government gets taxes and the USA grows..these families have to give something to America for this money...and they can sell it and go back to Isreal if they don't like it here.

I am sure they (the Jewish people) dont want a free overt partisan hand out...they are smart and they like a challange...think of this like an indentured servant of the 21 century....no more wars...I have a small run down farm that I would sell for $450,000 dollars in NYS, and I am willing to enter it in a lottery.

Remember this is just another lottery ...and it solves the Middle East War problem.
