The Coming Revolution-- Is it beginning? ...and if it is, whose schedule is it beginning on? The Government's or the Underground Militia's?

Over a year ago, I saw the coming storm of a second American Revolution. I put down the reasons for my beliefs in an article I called "The Coming Revolution"

I have included the link at the bottom of this article. The reason I am mentioning it again right now, is because I am seeing the same momentum beginning to grow.

The two militia men who plotted to blow up the propane tank did it to start a revolution. If these men were acting on their own, they may have been influenced by the Turner Diaries and its companion book, Hunter.

Or they may be government infiltrators and activists whose job it is to provoke chaos that will turn into a revolution.

If a revolution is planned by our government, there will be nothing we can do to stop it. The book Turner Diaries states that it is the FBI building that will be blown up. I highly believe that if the government wrote this book, or influenced William Pierce in such a way that he wrote it but followed their plans without even knowing it... then I expect that what we will see blown up will be something bigger than propane tanks in an isolated strip of land in the middle of California farmland. I have included an article from Reuter's that talks about the two California militiamen who plotted to blow up a propane tank.

Blowing up a propane tank in ElK Grove California seems like a wasted and useless gesture, unless of course, there is something more in the area that we don't know about.

Could there be chemicals that could poison the nearby rivers? The Consumnes River runs a few miles from Elk Grove. How close were the propane tanks or other chemical tanks to this river?

The Consumnes runs into Sutter Creek, which runs into the Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers. These rivers run throughout the fertile growing valleys of California. What would happen to next year's food if all the water was contaminated?

The other thing we have to keep in mind as we read the following article is Executive Order # 13010.

This is the Critical Infrastructure Executive Order. This presidential order creates a special task force called the Infrastructure Protection Task Force (IPTF)

The sweeping array of power and information that the IPTF will have, will make FEMA look like the Mouseketeers.

"The IPTF's function is to identify and coordinate existing expertise inside and outside the Federal government. The IPTF is ordered to provide or facilitate and coordinate the provision of expert guidence to critical infrastructures-- to detect, prevent, halt or confine an attack"

The IPTF has the power to parlay its powers into a national police force which has the authority to arrest and confine first, and ask questions second. Under this EO, a person who is suspected of a terrorist attack on critical infrasstructure... which is loosely defined... it could be a power plant, a river, a highway or a propane tank, this person will be labeled a terrorist, all Constitutional rights will be suspended and he can be held for 90 days with nothing being filed.

Is this Militia attack on the Elk Grove propane plant the beginning of things to come?

Also, has anyone seen any mention of this new taskforce anywhere but here?

Alleged Calif. bomb plot sought revolution -FBI Updated 10:45 PM ET December 6, 1999 By Suzanne Marmion SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Reuters) - Two suspected militia members arrested in connection with an alleged plot to blow up a California propane plant had been involved with a group that hoped to use violence to spark the overthrow of the U.S. government, court documents released Monday said.

Kevin Patterson, 42, and Charles Kiles, 49, were arrested Friday after a year-long investigation into the alleged bomb plot against Suburban Propane, located just outside of Sacramento and which houses 24 million gallons of propane.

The suspects were being held in Sacramento County jail and were expected to be arraigned Tuesday on federal firearms charges. Both appeared in federal court Monday but their arraignment was postponed to give them more time to talk with their lawyers.

Neither man spoke during the hearing, but Kiles' son told reporters afterward that his father would not hurt anyone.

"My daddy ain't going to hurt a bunch of innocent people for nothing," Jason Kiles said. "I believe maybe the militia is trying to blow it up, but my dad, no."

Officials at Suburban Propane have said the threat at the plant in Elk Grove, California, located near a farmhouse and within a mile of a residential subdivision, was eliminated before the arrests.

An FBI affidavit said a report found that an attack on either of the two storage tanks could cause a deadly firestorm.

"The ... report concluded, in part, that a successful attack on either of the larger 12 million gallon storage tanks would likely result in a firestorm that could reach as far out as 14 kilometers from the site and could cause a fatality rate as high as 50 percent up to five miles away," the affidavit said.

According to the affidavit, an informant told officials that Patterson was involved in a conspiracy to commit terrorist acts against multiple targets in northern California, including television and radio towers.

Kiles has a previous firearms conviction.

The affidavit also said both men had past involvement with the right-wing San Joaquin County Militia, which had planned on using violence to bring about martial law in the belief that this would help the group attract a public following to launch a revolution.

"It was further believed that if the government declares martial law, the militia will develop a public following and the current United States government will be overthrown by revolution," the affidavit said.

Federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Secret Service, the FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the Sacramento sheriff's office, took part in the investigation.
