There is much to your Sunday post that rings true, and it got my mind traveling down a few untravelled corridors. You have pieces of the truth I had not considered, and for that, I thank you.
I do not thank you for mixing it with the base material of deception.
You said, “What these demons really are – Who can say for sure – except by repeating something they have read in scripture.” You are basically saying you aren’t sure what we’re really dealing with, and what does scripture have to do with it anyway?
You mention “three synchronized and perfect killing machines without any shred of conscience.” Just how was it determined these were indeed perfect killing machines, and that they had no conscience? Did your general ascertain all that within a moment and a glance? How incredible. In that moment, “he was sure they would have killed him instantly.” At this point, alarms were starting to go off inside me. It got worse.
This one kills me: “If Bush comes to Power, then nothing that anyone does will matter. Nothing.”
crosstrees, you know what they say about fear? Frank Herbert’s Dune protagonist called it “the mind killer,” and I have never heard a more accurate definition.
Surely you know we live on the planet of fear, and that fear is the glue which holds together the present matrix that also makes of our fear-ridden planet a prison.
And so, when I encounter a post which time and again seeks to elicit a fear response in the reader, I know I am looking into what Sedona called the abyss, and that it is better to tie myself to the masthead, ignoring the sirens from hell and just drift on by.
