I wanted to find out where the people who put this webpage up are getting their information. I told them that I have been hearing about the change from the Federal Reserve to Treasury banks since 1994. Their information sounds so much like the information I received from my ex-husband, Gunther Russbacher and his associates, that I wanted to know the source of their information.

I mentioned the plan to bankrupt the Federal Reserve which was put in motion 30 years ago by William Casey.

I was hoping to discover from the reply from the NESARA people -- what side is creating this new treasury bank. If it is being created by the Federal Reserve to head off their demise -- then we have won nothing.

This is the email I received from them in response to my question -- I could discern no hint at which group is behind the plan to create a new banking system for the United States.

Interesting information, but the best we can offer is that the NESARA plan was worked out independently of any "outside" help. The bill was developed using system theory analysis. In other words, engineering analysis tools were used to develop the equations and study the root causes.

Even if the information regarding counterfeit bonds is true, NESARA would render the whole discussion moot as NESARA would exchange all bonds for newly created Treasury credit-notes. Under NESARA, banks will not be allowed to use anything but the new credit-notes as reserves. Banks can still buy bonds, but cannot use them as reserves. Therefore, under NESARA banks cannot default because of using counterfeit bonds as reserves.

Regarding where we might have obtained our information, well, all we can offer is that we are avid readers!

Your comments are appreciated. At the moment the readers of Rumor Mill seem to be some of the only people who are aware that a change in our banking system is getting ready to take place.

Back in 1992, Gunther Russbacher wrote the article, "The Short Road to Chaos and Destruction".

The people who read The Short Road were the first people alerted to the change in our money. The article was published in 1992, the change in our money occurred years later, first with the metal strips being put in, and then with the change in the size of the picture and the addition of the water mark.

I believe time is now compressed -- In other words, we don't have years. We only have months. I expect gigi is correct, and we will see this new bank sometime next year. April sounds like a good month because of the April 15th filing date for our tax returns.
