Rayelan: Many people have gone through various "training" programs. Many are truly qualified to "wear the insignia" of elite units.

These elite units at various times are involved in classified "projects" which cannot be discussed under penalties covered under the guise of National Security. There are even units or individuals which themselves fall into special "classfications" where the actual existence of the entity is classified. -- The "roads to concealment" of facts from the public are tangled indeed.

There are a multitude of incidents in past history where individuals would be "attached" or in some other way under the auspices of the command structure of these units, while possibly not involved PERSONALLY with those that normally are commanded by these same individuals. -- Those people would have no knowledge of the specific operation or individual who was "brought in from outside".

Because of the immense "Pride" that these people have earned due to their duties and experiences with "that" unit, they are quick to discredit all which they are not familiar -- this is understandable.

You will always receive communications from those who have no knowledge of specific "projects" or from those that do but would be directed to discredit the existence of this knowledge -- I would advise you to disregard both levels of communication. -- Even to the most naive in this country it is apparent that there exists and "undisclosed agenda" of those in power. It is not a "far stretch" to imagine that there exists MANY details and operations which have been concealed from public disclosure -- even some of those that would attempt to discredit individuals for "other reasons" are knowledgeable of these practices and have themselves been involved in them, but they refuse to acknolwledge to their conscious being the fact that their "commanders" could act in a manner which would be contrary to the welfare of the public in general.
