The information in this posting on GATA suggests turning to some of our great political leaders for the purpose of demanding answers about GATA and gold market manipulations?

Who, exactly, are we to turn to for help?

Shall we appeal to Arlen Specter, the author of the "single bullet theory" in the death of John F. Kennedy? Shall we seek his 'counsel,' when he was the lawyer who helped the convicted murderer, Ira Einhorn, wiggle out of the trap he was in, some twenty years ago? Einhorn, a man who used to snort and smoke PCP until his ears buzzed and his eyes glazed over?

Shall we appeal to Mr. Gun Confiscator, himself, Senator Paul Sarbanes of Maryland? When has he ever been a friend of liberty or our constitutional rights? He takes the public dollar but he doesn't observe the solemn oath he made, and has made repeatedly, to preserve, protect and defend the charter of our Republic.

As for Rick Santorum, he appears to be just another Big Government Conservative, unhappy with the plague of abortions which devastates the innocent unborn here in the United States, but more than willing to send the living to federal prison for minor drug crimes. It is as wrong to steal a man's house, car and bank account -- and his entire life -- by sending him to prison for self-medicating, as it is to steal the life of his unborn child. One thing is, that punishment is reversible, while the slaughter of the innocents is not.

GATA is all about who controls the gold bullion, the gold market and its futures, and the possiblity of putting banking on some kind of realistic footing again. But what of the billions of dollars which have been wasted by the Departments of Energy, Education, and the Interior, during the Bush-Clinton years? When will we ever see an accounting of that money? What about the dollars wasted every day in trying to keep Saddam Hussein's war machine in check, which has been a failure, while his people are wasting away?

So, too, the Bush-Clinton years are all wrapped up in that torrent of abuse, lies and deceptions, which we call an Iraqi foreign policy -- and for which we pay and pay and pay.

And when will we ever get the truth about "global free trade" and junk economics like NAFTA? More than 632,000 manufacturing jobs in these United States have been lost since December. Personally I have spoken to senior machinists and degreed engineers who are on lay-off from what is left of high-tech manufacturing here in Connecticut. Where once we had the Arsenal of Democracy and the crade of Yankee invention, now we have the biggest cluster of political corruption scandals of any State in the union. That is our newest manufacture ... tawdry scandal.

The richest State is now officially the crookedest State, and the beatiful New England summer in progress here is tainted with tales of a big-city Mayor buying sexual favors from a local woman-child, and paying her mother to indulge him as well. We have multiple felonies being pled out in Bridgeport, where the Democrats are taking a severe beating in the Faction 1 purge.

We have prominent liberal New York politicians being accused of similar patterns of bribery, as the New York City mayoral race heats up. But we are supposed to appeal to their confederates for help with GATA? Believe this -- if you want help with something, anything, you better send Hillary Rotten Clinton a $5000 check for her new PAC or just forget it.

Rayelan is right: the forces of evil are rebounding and are on the counter-offensive, hitting high and low, setting fires and killing off the best leaders and the whistle-blowers, both.

The leaders of Faction 2 have supposedly got a plan to up-end this apple cart of ignominious lies and deceptions, a plan to battle the calumnies of a resurgent Clintonista gangster crew.

Well, I don't see it happening. The best people are going broke. The worst people are still rolling in dough. If the admirals and the leaders of Faction 2 cannot figure out how to resupply those of us willing to engage the enemy on the battlefronts of propaganda and ideas, we are going to perish. Maybe that is a part of their plan, too, which means all of the troublesome libertarians and patriots who simply want freedom and the right to be left alone are going to be eradicated.

The resistance to the New World Order is numerous but scattered, dedicated but confused, plentiful but plain-speaking and not a part of the Hollywood or Hamptons aristocracy. We are learning that there were two personalities in the (late) Chandra Levy, the sweet and ambitious Jewish girl from Modesto. She was a darling and beloved of her family, clever with words and helpful to her friends; she was also apparently governed by the same riptides of emotions that many of our best young women are experiencing today. She deliberately sought to ensnare Gary Condit, nearly thirty years her elder, using all of her talents and her ample physical wiles. She succeeded, it seems, entirely too well.

The situation in this country at large is mirrored in the abuse which has become known in the Condit Scandal: these United States are quite like a high-spirited, intelligent young woman -- like Chandra Levy -- we want what we want and we need it now.

The fact that she appears to have been murdered by cruel, venal and unscrupulous men who care nothing for liberty and who are willing to sell out their counties, their States, their constituencies ... for campaign cash or a good place at the table in the banquet hall of the New World Order -- simply confirms the worst fears of the founding fathers. The free Republic requires civic virtue to function, and moral courage amongst its citizens to succeed and to survive.

The citizenry, who are the base pillars of the great experiment in liberty, have material requirements which must be met. They are either the body of the militia, the armed forces, the Legions of Liberty, or they are simply the numbered slaves approaching the auction blocks. The men and women who say they are for freedom and against the Satanic tyranny of the Clintonista crew have got to move forward and resupply their Legions, or we will all perish and starve.

The free and democratic Republic should have gold, silver and copper to function: this was in the original plan. Let it be accomplished and done or tyranny will reorganize, move forward, and win the day. Asking me to write to Rosa "the Red" DeLauro or Christopher Dodd for help in holding the criminal clans of the Two Clintons is a most laughable proposition. Next suggestion?
