Majority Of Americans Agree In Poll That Deep State Exists -- Here Is The Cited Evidence

A majority of Americans believe an unelected faction or cabal of officials is orchestrating policy in Washington, D.C., according to a new poll, Politico reported.

The survey of 803 adults was conducted by the Monmouth University Polling Institute from March 2nd to 5th.

The institute found that a whopping 74 percent of pollsters believe in a “deep state” when it is described as a collection of unelected officials running policy.

Even more shocking, the poll further notes that it’s a belief expressed by 7 in 10 Americans polled in each political group: Republican, Democrat and Independent.

Thirty-one percent of Republicans and 33 percent of Independents say they believe a deep state “definitely exists,” while 19 percent of Democrats believe a deep state exists.

A mere twenty-one percent said they do not believe this kind of group exists despite documented evidence of unsanctioned programs run from their past, notably several regime change operations by the CIA funding terrorists to destabilize regimes (Syria over countless years, as documented by an extensive leak of information given to this reporter last year), and more distinctly earlier on with Operation Cyclone funding the mujahideen in Afghanistan from 1979 to 1989) or the planned wars in 5 years to invade 7 countries warned by General Wesley Clark in more recent history, various drug trafficking (Oliver North and Barry Seal), experimentation (MKUltra, research into biochemicals), false flags (Operation Northwoods, Operation Gladio, Operation Ajax, etc.), media manipulation (Operation Mockingbird, paid government press packages, MISOC used against Congress warned by journalist Michael Hastings, etc.) and weapon smuggling in numerous operations including Operation Goldfinger (Iran-Contra) revealed during the recent Paradise Papers leak.

“We usually expect opinions on the operation of government to shift depending on which party is in charge,” Monmouth University Polling Institute Director Patrick Murray said in a statement to The Hill. “But there’s an ominous feeling by Democrats and Republicans alike that a ‘Deep State’ of unelected operatives are pulling the levers of power.”

In, 2007, four-star NATO General Wesley Clark warned that a mere days after 9/11 a plan was set in motion to go to war with 7 countries within 5 years. The countries he named included Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Iran, providing testimony that wars were pre-planned at the highest levels of government after the suspicious attack on the World Trade Centers.

In 2003, the U.K. government Downing St. produced a fake Iraq war memo that was exposed as being based off academic papers. A claim that would have never seen the light of day if it wasn’t for one of the lead scientists, David Kelly, calling the Iraq dossier a sham. Kelly was later found in the woods and his death remains a mystery to this day.

Also in 2003, UK newspaper The Guardian published an article that revealed documents about discussions of “false flag” operations in Syria. As far back as in 1957 U.K. Prime Minister Harold Macmillan and then U.S. President Dwight Eisenhower approved a plan to organize fake border incidents as justification for an invasion of Syria

Next, we have Afghanistan and its propaganda operations which murdered journalist Michael Hastings exposed entitled: “The Afghanistan Report the Pentagon Doesn’t Want You to Read.” The article was surrounding a leaked unclassified Pentagon report. The report took the shroud off the U.S. military’s psyops command mentioned earlier in this article, MISOC. Hastings revealed several techniques the group uses in psychological warfare to manipulate the public including but not limited to fake intelligence information, lack of information and social media manipulation, according to Lt. Colonel Daniel Davis.

Hastings also accused MISOC of deploying psychological operations on U.S. senators in another report and on video with Democracy Now’s Amy Goodman!.

We learned in 2016 that Bush and Tony Blair planned the Iraq invasion one year prior in a blood pact thanks to Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton’s emails. Clear as day it’s seen that both world leaders manipulated the public’s mind with propaganda to go to war by constantly repeating the trigger words “weapons of mass destruction” into the public’s ear at every given moment to sell the Iraq war.

Yes, the deep state certainly has existed throughout history from American presidency to presidency with many U.S. presidents dealing with the same people running covert operations. Presidents change, but officials in the military industrial complex and intelligence sector can last decades until they retire or die.

So what is the deep state? An organized group of officials acting as a government who are not elected by the people, operating without any Congressional approval or oversight. (That’s not to say that every President was blind some knew of various acts, that’s also not to say that some Senators are blind to the acts, some have no doubt on both isles participated in numerous operations against the American people.)

Our first historical juncture where a deep state was exposed is the attempted overthrow of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s government by the oil cartel and banking syndicate in 1933. Thirty years after the Federal Reserve was created, this treasonous plan involved Grandfather and Great Grandfather Prescott Bush, a Wall St. banker at the time who would later use his money to fund the Nazi regime and Hitler’s rise to power. A brave General Smedley Butler warned America he was approached to be used in the action against FDR and it became known as the “Business Plot.”

The second time in history a deep state or shadow government was recognized was by Senator Daniel Inouye (Hawaii) who blew the whistle on the shadow government deep state during the Iran-Contra hearings in 1987.

At the time, Inouye expressed that the “shadow government had its own funding mechanism, shadowy Navy, and Air Force freedom to pursue its own goals free from all checks and balances and free from the law itself.”

Following Senator Daniel Inouye’s testimony, years later a journalist named Danny Casolaro also warned about the potential of a deep state shadowy government which he deemed “The Octopus.” The short end of the stick was Casolaro who was later found dead in the bathtub with his wrists on both hands slit multiple times and pages of his notes missing.

Besides presidents and journalists, other senators and congressmen also warned about the potential for a shadow government or the existence of one. These people include Senator William Jenner, Congressman Larry P. McDonald, Congressman Louis T. McFadden, and Senator Paul Wellstone. It would be insane to dismiss all these influential people as crazy lunatics. In fact, that in itself is a bigger conspiracy to believe that all these leaders met to propagate the idea of a shadow government throughout history rather than legitimate systemic corruption. A few quotes from the affirmed are mentioned below.

“Today the path to total dictatorship in the U.S. can be laid by strictly legal means… We have a well-organized political-action group in this country,determined to destroy our Constitution and establish a one-party state… It operates secretly, silently, continuously to transform our Government… This ruthless power-seeking elite is a disease of our century… This group…is answerable neither to the President, the Congress, nor the courts. It is practically irremovable.” — Senator William Jenner, 1954 speech.

“The Rockefellers and their allies have, for at least fifty years, been carefully following a plan to use their economic power to gain political control of first America, and then the rest of the world. Do I mean conspiracy? Yes, I do. I am convinced there is such a plot, international in scope, generations old in planning, and incredibly evil in intent.” Congressman Larry P. McDonald, November 1975, from the introduction to a book titled The Rockefeller File.

“There exists a shadowy government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself.” — Daniel K. Inouye, US Senator from Hawaii, testimony at the Iran Contra Hearings, 1986.

“Mr. Chairman, we have in this country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks. The Federal Reserve Board, a Government board, has cheated the Government of the United States and the people of the United States out of enough money to pay the national debt…Mr. Chairman, when the Federal Reserve act was passed, the people of the United States did not perceive that a world system was being set up here… and that this country was to supply financial power to an international superstate — a superstate controlled by international bankers and international industrialists acting together to enslave the world for their own pleasure.” — Congressman Louis T. McFadden, from a speech delivered to the House of Representatives on June 10, 1932.

Earlier this year, a former CIA officer, Kevin Shipp, whose credentials are no joke and consist of numerous high-ranking positions within the agency, opened up about the deep state topic as Activist Post reported.

Shipp held several high-level positions in the CIA. He was assigned as a protective agent for the Director of Central Intelligence, a counterintelligence investigator, a Counter Terrorism Center officer, a team leader protecting sensitive CIA assets from assassination, a manager of high-risk protective operations, a lead instructor for members of allied governments, an internal staff security investigator, and a polygraph examiner. He was tasked with protecting the CIA from foreign agent penetration and the chief of training for the CIA federal police force. Mr. Shipp functioned as program manager for the Department of State, Diplomatic Security, and Anti Terrorism Assistance global police training program. He is the recipient of two CIA Meritorious Unit Citations, three Exceptional Performance Awards and a Medallion for overseas covert operations. He is the author of From the Company of Shadows–CIA Operations and the War on Terrorism.

Shipp previously exposed the entire chain of command, as he calls it, in a series of slides explaining how the deep state and shadow government functions as well as the horrific crimes they are committing against U.S. citizens.

“The top of the shadow government is the National Security Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency,” Shipp said.

Shipp further expressed that the CIA was created through the Council on Foreign relations with no congressional approval, and historically the CFR is also tied into the mainstream media (MSM.) He elaborated that the CIA was the “central node” of the shadow government and controlled all of the other 16 intelligence agencies despite the existence of the DNI. The agency also controls defense and intelligence contractors, can manipulate the president and political decisions, has the power to start wars, torture, initiate coups, and commit false flag attacks he said.

As Shipp stated, the CIA was created through executive order by then-President Harry Truman by the signing of the National Security Act of 1947.

According to Shipp, the deep state is comprised of the military-industrial complex, intelligence contractors, defense contractors, MIC lobbyists, Wall St. (offshore accounts), Federal Reserve, IMF/World Bank, Treasury, foreign lobbyists, and central banks.

He even touched on what he called the “secret intelligence-industrial complex,” which he called the center of the shadow government including the CIA, NSA, NRO, and NGA.

Shipp further stated that around the “secret intelligence-industrial complex” you have the big five conglomerate of intelligence contractors – Leidos Holdings, CSRA, CACI, SAIC, and Booz Allen Hamilton. He noted that the work they do is “top secret and unreported.”

The whistleblower remarked that these intelligence contractors are accountable to no one including Congress, echoing the words of Senator Daniel Inouye.

Now activist comedian and journalist Lee Camp of Redacted Tonight has interviewed another high-ranking veteran CIA officer, Ray McGovern, who has also stated unequivocally that a deep state exists.

Meanwhile, entrepreneur and Internet Party founder Kim Dotcom during a Q&A on Suzie Dawson’s article Being Julian Assange, has also put his life on the line to expose what deep state truly is – an unelected government operating above the rule of law, free from all checks and balances, and immune to public scrutiny.

The general consensus is clear among everyone, this writer included: the deep state includes the chain of command of the military-industrial complex, certain intelligence officials, unelected officials including those in the CFR, and other secret societies like Skull and Bones, Cap and Gown and many other organizations and thinktank groups that influence U.S. policy and as a result the lives of everyday Americans. Which Kay Griggs, wife of high-ranking U.S. Marine Corps Col. George Raymond Griggs, revealed how it all worked a decade ago, adding that blackmail is a huge factor.

While many feel there is a shadowy cult deemed “Illuminati” running the globe, they are half right, as Rolling Stone‘s Matt Taibbi wrote in 2o13 in his story entitled: “Everything Is Rigged: The Biggest Price-Fixing Scandal Ever.”

The players may be a little different, but your basic premise is correct: The world is a rigged game. We found this out in recent months, when a series of related corruption stories spilled out of the financial sector, suggesting the world’s largest banks may be fixing the prices of, well, just about everything.

It’s not only the financial sector, corruption plagues every facet of government; power corrupts and people seek more of it. Although ultimately, as activist and filmmaker Michael Moore noted in a rant on Piers Morgan years ago, it’s always about the people who have the purse strings and the politicians who are bought off by them.

Then there is the fact of missing trillions upon trillions of dollars; where do you honestly think that money went? Money doesn’t just vanish; that money went into deep state black projects, be it psyops, media manipulation, social media manipulation, covert false flags, advancement of knowledge into biochemical warfare, advanced technology or some other off-the-books project the public isn’t meant to know about … all protected under the guise of National Security.

I will end this article with a quote from the farewell address of President Dwight D. Eisenhower and a Congressional record in which the 76th Congress wrote about a shadow government controlling American policy. If all of these operations happened throughout our history, what’s stopping them from being copied and carried out again?

“In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist,” Eisenhower said during his farewell speech — he couldn’t be more right today.
