What is considered normal and why is it considered normal?

Human kind is operating on the lowest common denominator, meaning what is viewed through a narrow perception is considered normal. Anything outside of that narrow common perception is considered abnormal.

But lets look from a larger perspective and see if restless legs are really abnormal.

From the point of view of a planet, like earth/retard, restlessness is really just motion. Motion is the consequence of the build up of potential being voided. When potential is created by idea being expressed in physical form, it requires duality of conditions. Those dual conditions are mates, lovers. Those mates/lovers seek to unite, so as to void the potential between them, and produce offspring as a consequence. This is a repeating pattern throughout nature, the universe, and beyond.

The Universes, Galaxies, Solar systems, Planets/comets, and Moons all move to void their potentials.

Consider emotional repression, oppression, suppression. What happens when all that emotion is accumulated, and the individual finally pops. We say s/he lost control, and they are freaking out. If it had been let go of as it was being accumulated, things would be much better.

Consider people under tense situations, like when they are interacting with cops. They get nervous, because of the fight or flight thought patterns that develop from the well known behavior of cops. When you don't know if you are dealing with a control freak, a naive wanna-be hero, or your typical revenue parasite, making your life even more difficult, your adrenaline spikes and that is a potential difference from the normal condition. There is a vibratory effect that materializes, which is motion seeking to release from the situation that is creating potential.

Most people are living under stress, which can provoke some good outcomes, but it is not required to provoke good outcomes. There is a certain amount of stress that is normal. Like the stress of standing up against gravity. But a society where financial stress and rule violating stress are applied, is not natural or helpful. It accumulates over time and causes mental/physical imbalances, which manifest as motion. We give all kinds of labels to the effects, but rarely identify the actual cause, especially if it can be used to make a profit.

Restless legs are a sign that accumulated potential is seeking a path for release. Physical activity is a temporary relief. Yet, the cause of the potential buildup will create the same thing if you do not stop the potentialization from occurring.

While sleeping, it could be as simple as getting up and walking to the bathroom to take a leak. Or maybe its building up further, and advancing to become restless pelvic syndrome, and you need to get laid, or rub one off.

When someone can't seem to stay still, we call them "nervous". And being stressed is a potentialization. They are under stress, tension, an abnormal condition. But their reaction or response to that abnormal condition is normal. Just look up to the sky, and watch all things moving due to the individual stresses they are experiencing. How much normal can you ask for?
